The servers were so welcoming!!

We had a very nice meal. Drinks were very strong. The pasta dish with salmon was delicious and large. We had the swordfish that was served with a huge plate of potatoes. Also very good. Almond dessert was recommended and we enjoyed it as well. Popular restaurant so it was busy. Music at first was loud but it was turned down

Food was excellent . Seating inside is tight. As an Italian , I want to sit inside on cool November evenings . Great Food wine and service though and also just a short distance from our hotel when we finished which was lovely .

Unfortunately the food was cold and unimpressive- I think they forgot our order and brought it out long after it had cooled. Took forever to get food and even longer to get a bill.

We felt the service was very rushed. They were just trying to get you out so they could get the next person in. They also added an extra service charge as well as the coperto (cover charge). They were also pushing the special dish which they didn’t give you the price of and was expensive for what it was. Food was average.

Food took over an hour to come, the waiters kept knocking stuff of our table, our 30% fork discount wasn’t applied and they charged us 2 different service charges

The food was okay, but average. Most of all the prices on their site are wrong (lower than reality) and the prices are without VAT which is not indicated (or at least not clear).

TOURIST TRAP! The food is fast-food in a form of a restaurant. You have soooo many nice options around, same price, MUCH better quality that it makes absolutely no sense to eat there. Stay away :)

Felt like herding sheep. Specific to the fork reservation, they offer discount to entice you to reserve. When you show up, they don’t check your reservation and act confused when referencing the reservation discount. The service was rushed, the food was mediocre, and the ambience was chaotic. Pasta was undercooked for my wife (not Al dente) and overcooked for me and my son. The ragu almost tasted like canned pasta. The servers would throw dishes down and leave finished plates from the starters sitting there. The table next to us which was an italian couple, refused their pasta 2 times before walking out. Definitely pass on this place.

We wait for our tabel about 30min. When we leave the restaurant we check our recipt and we paid with 30% discount more than we should pay without discount.

Do not go here! Service was a nightmare ! We had to wait over an hour as we had to tell our order to six people. Did not get half the food ordered. Every other table around us had the same issue. Food was okay but the service was so terrible I would not recommend.

It was NYE I expected the food to be horrible and it was. We paid a lot of money for basically rubbish food. Lots of waiters very inpatient. Waited for over an hour to get what we ordered and it was horrible. Shame. Maybe during a normal day they have better food options and are nicer and less stressed. Maybe. I won’t be coming there.

Food was good, but service was below par. There were breadcrumbs on the table cloth, and some cutlery was dirty. We got menus with different prices. On mine, every item was 2 euros more. Not very transparent.

Lively fun vibe here. Efficient fun service in cozy inside space, lots outside space as well. It was hopping on November Sarurday eve on busy pedestrian Maqueda. Caponata, pasta ragu and cacio pepe with pork cheeks were all very good.

Hamburger and salad were quite good. Service was very sloooooooooow. Okay but not the best. Enconto was the best for burgers and steaks in Palermo.

Food mediocre, service terrible, 1 dish never arrived, waited 20 mins for bottle of wine. And it was the most expensive meal we had in Palermo. Wouldn't recommend

Fast service for being so busy. Good menu with lots of options. Pizza is good and the eggplant parmigiana. Good location on a busy street.

On a very lively street. The mixed platter to starter was amazing, a very good selection of meats, cheeses etc The house red was nice and we both had pasta dishes with seafood. All very tasty and reasonable

We made a reservation for a party of 8 outdoors but were only accommodated indoors where there was zero ambience. We were given the alternative to wait a half hour but we chose not to. Food was mediocre. With so many great options in Palermo this would not be one I recommend, unless you are sitting outdoors and recognize the food is acceptable but not great in comparison.

I was really excited that I have found this place and was really looking forward to the food. However the food was not the problem. The server was extremely rude and ignoring me entire time even though I have tried to speak as much Italian as I could via google translate. But then when another tourist couple came in she was very nice to them and spoke much more English than she attempted with me. I was a solo traveler so it made experience very uncomfortable
