While staying at Castello di Spaltena we wanted more local food, we found amazing reviews about this restaurant, and they felt short for the amazing restaurant we found. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing host. One of the best restaurants we found in Italy.

We had a great dinner at this super cute restaurant in Gaiole in Chianti. I had sea bass that was one of the best I’ve ever had. They also make their own bread which was delicious! It’s a tiny place but the service was excellent! I highly recommend it.

We found this small restaurant when we stopped for a beer and to get out of the rain a couple days earlier. The owner was very gracious and invited us back for dinner. We are happy we accepted. There are only 8 or 9 tables, a nice change from some of the other restaurants we have been to. The owner was again very gracious, highlighting certain menu items and explaining their specials for the evening. Every course served was well prepared, presented and tasty.

We ate the best Burrata of our travel in this restaurant and the seabass was excellent. Good service, great ambiance, excellent food .????????

Amazing dinner at this charming restaurant just off the main square in the pedestrian zone of Gaiole. Food was absolutely delicious, and service was great as well. Truly nothing we would change.

Dining here was a delightful experience. The chef greeted us as we walked in and after we were seated he explained the menu and recommended several dishes, including a wonderful, affordable wine pairing for our meal. He was able to accommodate my spouse's gluten allergy and even put together a wonderful custom gluten-free dessert for her. The waitress was friendly and attentive and did a wonderful job of carving and serving our fish. We highly recommend this restaurant and would absolutely eat here again.

Good food but they didn’t have our reservation at first and were a bit displeased. Food was good though!

One of my favorite ‘go to’ places in Gaiole. Andrea never disappoints … a greatly kitchen and friendly, warm service!

What lovely food and great selection of choices, the service was lovely and friendly but a little slow. Only thing that needs changing is the lighting it’s so bright it gave us a headache would definitely go again but sit outside

Really small and cute restaurant. It looks quite simple when you enter but as soon as you meet the owner and chef you can feel the passion he has for good food. We had burrata, octopus and then a massive T-bone steak between two. Each dish was exceptional. We had a Michelin star meal the night before in a restaurant in Rome and thought this was just as good.
