9.5/10Food was great, and authentic. Service great and waiters friendly. Reasonable prices. Lots of locals go there. We had a dinner and a lunch there. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable, authentic place.

10/10We were made to feel welcome as visitors and not just, get em in get them out like several other restaurants. Staff took the time to explain dishes on offer. The food was super, sea bream on linguine. The whole experience was lovely and a great view of the Bay of Naples as the sun was setting. A great place.

3/10They are trying to scam you if you say you are from the fork. Always order from the menu. The receipt is hand written and they can add whatever prices they like. Would not come again for sure

Dear customer, a handwritten receipt does not mean there is any fraud: prices and dishes are always clearly indicated. From start to finish, this was a memorable experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding—each dish thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. To top it off, the view is nothing short of spectacular, creating the perfect backdrop for an exceptional meal. Friendly service, delicious cuisine, and a setting that takes your breath away—what more could you ask for?

8/10Food was ok. As an Italian Canadian with plenty of Italian restaurants back home, this was on par with average Italian restaurant in Toronto. We have many restaurants that would put this place and many places in Sorrento to shame. The food might be good for those non Italians who still think the Olive Garden is fantastic. The gnocchi were average, and the lemon pasta was tasteless, overpriced for the few minced shrimp that were included. Eggplant parm appetizer was good but portion too small for price. Thank goodness for the 20% Fork discount.

9/10Had a nice meal here on our first night, very tired after a night and day of travelling. Relaxed atmosphere with nice outdoor tables in the shade and overlooking the bay. Friendly, welcoming staff. Convenient location for Hotel Ascot.

4.5/10The house red wine was undrinkable (lesson learnt) ate by a busy road, pizza felt undercooked, although pasta and starter we couldn’t fault. Service was average.

Dear Emma Thank you for your feedback — we’re truly sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. Had you mentioned the wine issue at the time, we would’ve been happy to replace it immediately (as we did for another table shortly after). Being a natural local wine without preservatives, it can sometimes suffer from high temperatures. Regarding the table, we did see your note and offered a switch so both seats would have a sea view. You confirmed the spot was fine, but if it turned out to be too noisy, we’d have gladly moved you — a quick word would have been enough. As for the The Fork discount, we’ve checked the reservation on the platform, and it appears there was no active promotion linked to your booking. It’s possible there was a misunderstanding while browsing the app, where discounts are sometimes shown for different time slots or menus than the one booked. 3.5/10Food was not very good whatsoever. Complete tourist trap. And then on top of that the server added an extra 5€ on the machine when we went to pay card and then tried to play it off as an accident and kept saying “I keep I keep”. Absolutely not when we already tipped.

10/10The service was excellent. The waiters were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered carbonara, gnocchi, and the special, a filet mignon with vegetables and potatoes as well as the fiori di zucca. It was all so good!

2.5/10This place is a textbook tourist trap. I have no idea what justifies the glowing reviews. The food is mediocre at best – poorly executed, industrial in quality, and lacking any real flavor or care. The cocktails overly sweet and borderline undrinkable. Ingredients feel mass-produced and generic. The only upside? It’s cheap. But I’d rather pay a bit more for food that doesn’t taste like it came out of a factory. Not recommended.

We’d like to provide some context: last Saturday night, we had an exceptionally high number of guests, including many local customers who frequently choose our venue to spend their evening. This made the atmosphere livelier than usual. Regarding our staff, each team member has a specific role—some take orders, others bring dishes from the kitchen, and others serve at the tables. This might have given the impression that some were not actively clearing tables, but in reality, everyone was carrying out their assigned duties.
