I had to book the buffet at the last minute as our plans changed. I thought most of the food dishes were cold. The signature Peruvian dishes like Aji de Gallina was not available considering it's a Saturday. The ice cream boxes were all empty. The dessert line was very poor and it seemed like it was all leftover that had me no longer in the mood for dessert.
