9/10Very good place with beautiful and tasty food, but we were kind of disappointed because of mistake of the personal. We booked a table for 5 persons, but when we came the staff just said to us that our table is already busy by other people because the boss of the waiter we met didn’t say to her that will be another group of people. So, anyway they found another place for us. Not so bad, but this confuse with our table a bit upset us. Should say, that waiters are totally professional and doing their job properly. Food was delicious (maybe except Cesar with shrimps, because crimps were overcooked) and we got it quite fast. Anyway I can recommend this place.

10/10I can’t thank them enough for giving us such an amazing experience. This was my fiancée’s birthday dinner, and they went above and beyond for us. They were quick with all orders, courteous with all our requests, and these were the best most filling tapas I’ve ever had. Thank you again, we would absolutely love to come back the next time we are in Barcelona.

8/10Service was attentive and professional. A waiter did drop a piece of our pan con tomate on the floor and didn’t replace it, but that was the only negative on service. Food was good. The filet mignon was a little underwhelming and needed something green in the plate. Otherwise, good

8.5/10Nice restaurant and the food is delicioso The only thing is, that we had to wait for a table while we had made a reservation. We got a free drink for the wait. Nevertheless the ambiance and food where good.

10/10We were referred by friends who had been there. It is located in the Sofitel hotel, but has an independent ambiance. The open kitchen and decorations were stunning. Great service. The waiter explained every dish and how it was prepaired. He asked us what we liked and made recommendations. Food was exceptional and so was the wine. We would go back there again.

10/10We had an amazing service with meritxell who was fantastic to deliver a premium experience during our dinner. It was outstanding from beginning to the end. The quality of the food is similar to a one star Michelin with a great attention to details and extraordinary attention to us. Sofitel restaurant is really a culinary experience and I will recommend it to anyone who wants a premium experience for a more affordable price. Kudos to the team in the restaurant for their amazing work

10/10A great experience from the service to the food. We wanted something close/walkable from our hotel and found Tendiez on google. After checking a few reviews, we decided to give it a try and could not be more pleased with our choice. I travel to Barcelona several times a year and this restaurant is on my must visit list!!!

9/10I had visited Tendiez nearly a year ago and enjoyed every menu item, as well as the top tier service provided. While the food itself was still excellent, the service was a struggle. The restaurant was not busy, and there were multiple waiters around, however it appeared only 1 was assigned to the patio area. A couple seated shortly before us received impeccable service. The group seated after us was checked in on regularly. We did order the prix fixe and timing for all items was perfect. However, when our drinks were finished, we were not given the option to order more (unlike the tables around us who were directly asked if they'd like anything additional each time glasses were removed). When the water on the table was empty, it was picked up and we requested another (it didn't come until halfway through our main course when we flagged him down again, meaning we didn't have any beverage at all for a fairly significant portion of time).

9.5/10Amazing place with very good quality of food. Portions are a little small compared to other restaurants, but compensated by the delicious fresh bread to be eaten with the high quality olive oil.

8.5/10For a hotel restaurant, it was great. Chic, fresh. The staff was so accommodating. Love an amuse buche to start. The table next to us were so rude and the staff treated them with kindness. Paella was lovely and crunchy. Lobster croquette was creamy and had just the right crunch.

9.5/10Fabulous tapas! Was staying at the hotel, and was too knackered to make an effort to find a restaurant in the neighbourhood. So glad I stayed in and discovered Tendiez. The gambas were a highlight, but frankly the whole meal was truly delicious. Washed down with a superb Rioja!

10/10Great service and of course very clean and safe , masks, hand gel and safe distance, we were also able to sit outside which was an added plus. No menu of the day but of course i understand, the food was very good and with the discount very good value.

8.5/10Quite standard-correct fare you can expect from a 5* hotel. Service super-friendly and accommodating, as we had taken our dog. Interesting they have paellas-for-one, uncommon in Spain. The discount helped too! :)
