Our visit to this restaurant was a deep disappointment, as neither the service nor the food met the expected standards. The evening felt rushed from the start: within two minutes of being seated, two different waiters pressured us to order. While the tacos were of decent quality, they were overpriced, and one arrived broken on the tray, making it impossible to eat without a mess. The main courses—Entrecôte and Cannelloni—were served cold or lukewarm and had to be sent back. After reheating, the steak was acceptable, but the Cannelloni contained a shrimp of poor quality. Instead of a professional replacement, we were met with a debate in broken English, claiming this was "normal." Only one of the four waiters spoke any English at all, which is unacceptable for a high-end establishment. Even after declining dessert, another waiter ignored our choice and gestured at the menu just minutes later. Ultimately, even the 30% "The Fork" discount could not salvage this experience.

I am an Italian student who came here to Seville together with other students. We booked through The Fork, calling in advance, and despite the language difference we managed to understand each other. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome in this place which, besides having very good food, is very beautiful aesthetically, with a wonderful atmosphere. I also have to mention the wonderful and warm presence during this lunch of Elvaro and Jesús, who were fantastic in assisting us. 🫶🏻 Despite the various communication difficulties, I have to say they were truly exceptional. Thanks🫶🏻

Location very close to the city center. Tasty dishes and good wine. The portions are correct. The staff is friendly. Average prices.

The risotto was quite salty, and since we visited in the afternoon, we felt that the value for money was not very high. The staff seemed very busy, so when we tried to order an additional dish with a different staff member, he did not check the order and assumed we had only ordered one dish, which made the way he asked a bit unpleasant. That said, the environment and atmosphere of the restaurant were very nice.

Myself & my partner booked here as recommended by tripadvisor. I ordered a Burger with cheese and asked for it to be well done. Unfortunately it was presented to Me pink. Therefore, we asked for it to go back to be cooked more, and it was still pink! I gave up at this point as my partner had finished his meal! Not much attention given to us either, I.e waiting to order, needing drinks but friendly staff

Attentive and helpful service, with well presented and tasty food. We only had the one course but enjoyed it. The restaurant was VERY quiet at 8pm ISH and would no doubt have more atmosphere at a later time.

The staff was super welcoming. And the food and cocktails were great! They also have gluten-free bread. (Just a heads up: the chef's tiramisu is not the classic.) Our waiter was Marcos - thank you for a lovely experience!
