10/10We found this restaurant on the fork website. Great find, Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous roof top the food the staff were so nice and very accommodating for our baby. The baby change bathroom was even beautiful to !!!! Loved it!!!!!!

6.5/10We booked a reservation to have some drinks on the rooftop. I got a couple emails following up with reminders and to confirm we were still showing up. We get there and the lady tells us we can’t be on the rooftop and only inside. It defeated the whole purpose as to why we made a reservation and she didn’t give us any reasoning on why we couldn’t go on the rooftop. It was also very empty! It was only 1 or 2 other tables being used so I’m not sure what the issue was. If they would have let us know prior to showing up, it would have made all the difference because we could have made our own choice on still going or not. We ended up having 1 drink each since we already went and they were good! But a bit overpriced.

While our rooftop terrace is a highlight for many guests, there are occasions when access may be restricted, on this occasion it had been raining all day and unfortunately, it takes a long time for the sofas to dry out. We assure you that such decisions are never taken lightly and are intended to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Your comments on the value and pricing of our offerings are noted. 6/10Given this is a 5* hotel roof terrace restaurant the experience was disappointing. With 2 Michelin star restaurants I’d expect the same level of service & ambiance. This was a birthday meal & did not meet expectations of star quality.

3/10The food was not great. Very salty and not great taste for other. Drinks took forever to get which we received after the meal came. Service was terrible!! Wanted to complain about one dish we could not eat but they charged us for it anyway. The rooftop is nice but not for the price and lack of quality. I would not recommend.

4/10Very disappointed with the poor service. 4 of us got their food 10 mins in between!!....First one arrived and then had to chase...2nd person got his 10 mins later...chased again the last two came together. Really spoiled the evening for us. Funny when they asked how was the experience and told them we weren't impressed, their reaction was even worst to say the least...they simply didn't care.

7/10The venue was stunning and the food was fine - nothing special - but the service was diabolical. We had to ask countless times for attention at every step of the meal. I definitely won’t return.

8.5/10The food was correct and the service very good. A chic place to have a dinner at night, my only complaint would be the price of the wine, €38 for the cheapest bottle of wine is very expensive, yes I understand it is in a top class hotel but surely that price is over the top.

10/10Amazing bar with lovely staff, great drinks and fabulous views. Cocktails not too expensive and hotel bedrooms are lovely. We were recommended this hotel because it’s one of the safest in Barcelona for personal possessions.

5/10It is sad and incomprehensible that a 5 stars hotel like this one serves such disappointing food. Even the wine list was extremely short and mediocre. Maybe it is a good place to simply have a drink.
