10/10My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth of the staff. We were never rushed and took our time enjoying the amazing view and wonderful cocktails (highly recommend the rooftop julep). The food was exceptional. I had the ceviche and my husband had the burrata to start, followed by the risotto and ravioli. Everything was delicious. It’s a bit off the beaten path and totally worth seeking it out.

10/10A 20 minute beautiful walk along the lake from Como to the Hilton rooftop bar and restaurant. View, food and service were stunning! Chef came out several times to make sure we were happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend!

8.5/10On Sept 28 we were seated but no one came to our table to introduction or take drink order for at least 15-20 minutes . I believe there was confusion as to who was assigned to our table. Service was wonderful besides the initial wait.

6/10Lovely spot to come to on the rooftop. Service is excellent and ambiance is great with the live smooth guitar music during dinner. Food is a hit and miss. We have been twice and both times it was a bit disappointing. Fish is best to order and was flavorful, cooked properly and was nicely presented. The pasta was cooked to the right texture nut was barely warm, presented without much sauce and had little flavor. The chicken was over cooked, dry and lacked the spice that was promised. This restaurant has the potential to be one of the good ones in Lake Como but the chef needs to ignite more of the love in the cooking and flavors that all Italian dishes should have.

6.5/10I was surprised they couldn’t read or remember my name on the reception, even though it was booked through the Fork a month ago. After we didn’t get snacks for the 2nd bottle of Proseco, not the cheapest one …. Snacks were very poor (from as it is usually)! And in the end the hostess told us twice that it is jot enough money to pay, while she couldn’t just count correctly. This time was so special for us but so disappointing

9/10The view of lake Como and the experience are what you pay for here. Staff were lovely, food was good but not typically Italian if this is what you want. Make sure you have your phone charged or camera ready for some amazing photos.

6/10The food was quite good, but the service was pleasant although a little unpolished. We stayed at the Hilton Hotel, so this was a convenient location for our first night's dinner in Lake Como. If you ever wondered what an Idaho potato feels like in a 450 degree oven take the elevator to this restaurant. It was so hot I walked down the seven flights of stairs after the meal.

5/10View and decor is amazing. The food was expensive, underwhelming and cheaply made - especially if vegetarian. The starter, main and desert were obviously cheaply made and not worth the price tag at all. Such a shame, it has so much potential!

8/10We ordered the same entrees two nights in a row (The Fork reservation was the second night). The first night, the Lobster Spaghettoni, the Asparagus and Eggplant Ravioli were great, the second night — not so much. Service too was better the first night also. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was very nice with wide views of Como and the lake.

7/10The view was spectacular. The food was acceptable for the price. The service was non existent. We thought we were sat at an invisible table. It was very hard to grab the attention of waiters. We waited a long time to order food, we had to prompt the waiters to get attention. We waited a long time to order desserts, we had to prompt the blue uniform female manager to order. We then waited over 1 hour with the desserts not arriving so we asked for the bill. The bill did not arrive for 10 minutes so we had to prompt the female manager for the bill. We received no apology for the wait or lack of attention from the manager. We did receive an apology from the waitress as we paid. As a result of the 2 hours 30 minutes for us to have a 1 course meal with the desserts not arriving, we missed the transport we had arranged to our accommodation, meaning at 22.30, my 8 month pregnant wife had to walk 15 minutes up a steep hill after a bus journey to get to our accommodation. We chose Terrazza 241 for its incredible setting for our 4 year wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic day on the lake and we were left disappointed that we seemed invisible and received poor service for our special dinner. Other issues: we saw a whole tray of drinks poured over another guest; a waiter dropped some of the dessert on the floor on the way to another guests table. He served the dessert anyway and pick up the dropped food on the way back. He didn't mention the dropped food or replace it. Several meals were offered to us as waiters didn't know where to deliver the food. We had a broken light on our table and despite there being many empty tables with a working light, our broken one was not replaced. When I prompted the waiter to replace the broken light, it was 10 minutes before the light was replaced. We have eaten at 6 restaurants in lake como, all less expensive than terrazzo 241, but the service in all other restaurants has been far better than we received at Terrazza 241.the view was spectacular, the food was satisfactory, the service was very poor and disappointing

5.5/10Too long waiting times, the starter arrived with the main courses, the dessert came after 45 min… They promise to change the table to the shadow twice and at the end we had to move by our self and nobody cleaned the table. The views were nice. The food was tasty but normal

8/10Wine and tea were alright, even nice, the guy who waited our table was very nice and very considerate. We were offered a size of appetizers that had an interesting combination like fried dough with pumpkin cream inside, the macaron with mortadella was too sweet for our taste, but an avant-garde association of taste. The mushrooms though were not as good as the rest, but the atmosphere and service were the top. Would come again to properly try all the menu next time. Thank you for the lovely evening! Oh and sorry for the mixup, my friend double booked by calling you and reserving a table for 17. Sorry.

10/10Great place for a drink and very good food. Very nice atmosphere and amazing views of lake Como. Cocktails are very nice as well. Overall a very nice experience, definitely recommended!
