Four us went for an evening meal. The waiter said he wanted to give us recommendations and he went for the hard sell re: the grilled fish, saying he would give us the vegetables and potatoes as well, we thought free. When the dinner arrived we were given a whole fish each, way too much for one person, we expected to share one. We were then presented with a bill for 609 euros, 477 euros for the 4 fish. We would never have agreed to this price if we had known! The waiter took advantage of us not understanding the menu and not knowing Italian.

Gentile signora, ci dispiace sentire che la sua esperienza nel nostro ristorante non sia stata positiva. Tuttavia, vorremmo chiarire alcuni punti. Il menu è chiaramente visibile all'ingresso del ristorante e i prezzi sono indicati per ogni piatto. Il nostro cameriere ha semplicemente consigliato il pesce del giorno, la pezzogna, e voi avete scelto di ordinare quattro pezzogne intere grigliate. Il prezzo totale includeva appunto le quattro pezzogne, che sono un prodotto di alta qualità e freschezza. Ci dispiace che ci sia stato un malinteso sui prezzi, ma crediamo che il nostro servizio sia stato trasparente e professionale. Se avete avuto problemi con il servizio o il cibo, sarei felice di discuterne ulteriormente con voi e trovare una soluzione. Grazie per averci dato l'opportunità di rispondere.

Good food but service was not up to level. Not really friendly staff, not caring about their customers. 20% with booking through Tripadviser was not provided. Could do much more to create better atmosphere.

Abbiamo sempre fornito e forniamo a tutti il 20% avvolte non viene riscontrato sul totale perché sono solo le portate di cibo ad essere scontate del 20%.ci fa piacere che ha approvato la nostra cucina alla prossima.
