9/10This was an unforgettable experience, everything was top notch, especially the service and the creativeness of the chef. I loved the little finger food and all the courses of the dinner. I ordered the best wine, which was a little disappointing but not bad. I took away a good bag of some of the dessert, which I couldn't finish as well as some comped goodies. Can't wait to return on my next trip to Italy, to renew the experience and taste all the splendid victuals again.

+1What didn’t ? The dining experience was extremely elegant but not stiff. The food was unique yet familiar and the setting was perfect. Service and selection could not be improved upon . I would say this high cuisine also has a touch of local flavor and familiar tones.

I had the pleasure of dining at Terrazza Bousquet recently, and what a truly unforgettable experience! We opted for the "Profane" tasting menu, and every dish was a clever and surprising adventure for the palate. The food was simply delicious, with bold flavors and creative presentations that kept us intrigued throughout the entire meal. The wine pairing was exquisite, each selection beautifully complementing the flavors of the food. One thing to note — there was *a lot* of food! We certainly left more than satisfied, but perhaps it was a bit too much by the end. The service was marvellous, with every staff member attentive and professional, making us feel completely taken care of. The bread was fantastic, freshly baked and full of flavor, and the house limoncello was nothing short of amazing. Every small touch, from the presentation to the atmosphere, was delightful and added to a perfect evening

+3We had the most amazing time at this Michelin star restaurant. It is based in a beautiful five star hotel with the most stunning location. I recommend going at sunset to enjoy the spectacular Sorrento sunset. We were first to arrive at 7.30 so the room was very quiet at first but it filled up as the evening went on. We opted for the ‘Sacred’ menu, one of three or four set menu options. All of the diners at the table must opt for the same menu. Ours was mainly vegetarian with a couple of fish options. Of course it started with the most amazing selection of amuse bouches from the chef. It was like a magic show. Every course was just fantastic; tasty and beautifully presented. The bread was delicious. The service was excellent. The wine list ranges from €50 to €11,000 per bottle. Our meal came to €404 for two people, not including tip. It’s definitely a treat, but worth every penny. A meal to remember in a stunning location. 👌

7.5/10The food was interesting and creative but not spectacular. More theater and drama in the presentation than the quality of the food. Food was only soso, very precious and overwrought presentation, lots of smoke and mirrors. Definitely NOT the best meal I ever had but the showmanship was the thing this restaurant concentrated on. As a customer the quality and artistry of the food is paramount, not so much the presentation, so this was an overpriced, disappointing experience.

10/10This venue is AMAZING! The Pergola Bar is just magical. Excellent location, service, drinks, and meal(s). Wisteria vines are fragrant. The gardens are just beautiful. Walkway has picturesque views of the Sorrento Coast.

In a word this has been our best meal in 6 weeks of traveling in Italy collecting lots of stars. The staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend a stop here.

9/10Let's start with the positives, the food was outstanding and every course was sublime. The young man serving, Gaetona (apologies for spelling) was wonderful. He explained the courses in great detail. We have marked down on atmosphere due to the music from the hotel bar filtering down and mixing with the restaurant, which at times became a little chaotic and not conducive to the atmosphere. We were sitting right on the front. The other mark down was due to wine service. Was good at the start, but as the evening went on, got less so. We sat for a long time with empty glasses and in the end the young food guy had to serve and I did have to ask. This is certainly not the service expected of this calibre of restaurant. This said we would certainly return.

9.5/10A stunning location albeit in doors still as weather not deemed warm enough outside - would challenge. Food was outstanding - we love our food and this is definitely the best rated one star we have been to across the world. Would rate it higher to be honest. Some of the dishes were pure theatre - presentation and delivery. Service was also outstanding albeit felt a little rushed at the start but that chilled and we really enjoyed the meal. My favourite was the DIY ravioli and my partner loved the theatre of the amuse bouche and all it contained. A great experience and a nice touch to meet exec chef Antonio Montefusco thank you

10/10Lovely meal. The staff are very attentive and you choose between 3 different tasting menus. We had the first menu which was all seafood. Great presentation and drama however the courses all came a little too fast for me. Would recommend though.
