5/10Food was generally good albeit the ragu lacked depth. Service was lacking for premium priced place - time taken to get a drink ( & food arrived before wine despite chasing a few times) and plates and condiments not cleared after main course Ambience: it’s a hotel restaurant. Not many other diners. Overall, disappointing.

7/10First off, the staff are amazing, very professional and friendly, always with a smile .. the food is confusing and mediocre. I had the gravalax which came with American hotdog mustard, how low can it go, the Sicilian wine is poor and the tarte tatin was hard and insipid.. I’m amazed at the the reviews on here

10/10Staff was lovely and the seafood was well prepared and flavorful. Nice mix of dishes on the menu! The view from the deck is amazing! Only thing is getting to the restaurant is a little tricky with a narrow and busy road. Best plan is to come through the funicular stairs and around to the restaurant.

+2Service & food was A+! This restaurant will not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the service was great. They go above and beyond to ensure an excellent dining experience. The food was elevated, uniquely inspired, and very fresh. Each dish (and we are food lovers who try as much as we can) was delightfully delicious. The sea bass, steak tartare, lamb, salad, potatoes, all were amazing! Highly recommended!

10/10Super kind & attentive service, excellent selection of niche Sicilian wines and outstanding dishes- local ingredients cooked in a "world cuisine" type of way. By far our best meal in Taormina! We came twice – both times they were outstanding.

The restaurant was easy to find only minutes walk from bus stop, cable car and parking. We arrived for dinner with a great table for two. The ambience and views over the bay are fantastic. The staff were attentive polite and very helpful. The dishes are mostly fish or shellfish but there is beef, lamb and pork on the menu. Our food tasted delicious but my fish was just slightly over cooked for me. I would recommend.

The view and the staff were very nice but the food was not… We went there with big expectations because it was my wife s birthday and the restaurant had very good reviews but the food was way below average… the plating was ok but the taste… what taste? I had a meat steak but it was very hard to cut, so the chewing… 3 small pieces and two of them were with tendons so a bad cut for a fillet… some people which were sitting behind us had also a bad review of the food they even refused the food and left…

We went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service and the ambience. We felt at home and enjoyed amazing views from the terrace! One of the best culinary experiences we had in Sicily!

10/10The food was the best we had in Taormina. It was nice to be off the main area too so a little quieter but with spectacular views of the sea! Attention to detail with the food was incredible, and the complimentary drink and amuse bouche was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend! Our favourite by a long mile!

9.5/10Food and wine together with service excellent. Good that chef also puts in appearance. Only dropped a half mark as full ambience couldnt be enjoyed as the magnificent view was obscured by foul weather. No fault of the establishment

10/10Great service we had a little one and they went out of their way to service custom pasta. The sweet potato/swordfish was a highlight all the mains we had were really tasty and the tiramisu was not your standard tiramisu

10/10We were gifted a voucher for a meal in Taormina and found this wonderful restaurant through TheFork app. What a great find and only a short walk from Porta Messina which is at the northern endof Corso Umberto! Despite being a staff member down we had great service and the food was exceptional, highlighting local flavours of the region. The terrace overlooking the sea was inviting on a warm September evening with views across the Messina strait to the Italian mainland. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Taormina.

5.5/10Nice enough food which was well presented and tasty. Some nice additional twists, on every day ingredients. Nothing exceptional though. The wine choice very good. . The view out to the bay nice, somewhat spoilt by the road noise. Service friendly, but as the restaurant filled the two waiters were stretched and therefore the initial attentiveness, declined. Quite pricey for what it was.
