3/10This might be a wonderful place to have a large gathering but not the place for a small group dinner. It’s a tennis club with very little view of sunset. I can’t speak to the food we were given seats took a look at menu and left. The food and service might be wonderful but I wanted view of sunset.

9.5/10We booked the meal via The Fork. When we arrived, we were told the restaurant was full - they had a party of American students. After some ‘heated’ discussion, the restaurant set a table up for us and served us a wonderful meal and ensured our evening was most enjoyable. My advice is to book directly with the restaurant. That way you know what they can and cannot do.

5/10We were sat in a plastic covered area on metal garden chairs and metal table. Took ages for anyone to come take an order, had to walk around to find someone to ask where the toilet was. The staff seemed more interested in the 2 parties that were in the main building area. Had to walk around again to find someone to ask where my drink was and then waited 20 mins to pay the bill outside by a desk as they don’t take payment at the table. The steak was nice but that was it. Waste of money waste of an evening waste of 2 taxi’s to get there and back.

It was not what they promised there is no view they seat you inside and you're staring at a white plain wall. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so the crappy service does not even warrant an excuse . Do not waste your time

10/10Very nice place. The menu is online but don’t underestimate the quantities by looking at the pictures: the food is a loooot!! We took a premi and a secondee. Too much. But excellent. Service also excellent. It’s next to a tennis club though and quite close to the road, even though higher up. But that did not disturb us at all.

9.5/10The food is amazing! And the ambient is very nice. The only bad thing was that the waiters were too quick in grabbing your finished dishes, almost as if they wanted you to leave quickly, but aside from that, they were nice.

6.5/10Mixed review. The location, set on a terrace, was pleasant but no view apart from trees and close to a busy road. The waiter we had was very helpful and polite but some of his colleagues were less interested in customer service, and we seemed to be an inconvenience to them. The pizzas were very good but the food for our group came at different times so we didn't eat together. We ordered a steak to share between two, which was plentiful but sadly overcooked. We were also charged more that expected for the steak without warning and didn't realize until after we had paid because they didn't provide an itemized bill until afterwards. In summary, a restaurant that could do better and it's current overall rating of 4.1 is generous.

2/10When our party of 4 arrived, it appeared that there was some sort of party with children running and jumping everywhere. We were given a table literally in the middle of all this activity. There also was absolutely no view except a tent and a brick wall. I wish we had been informed about the party. We left and went back to town

8/10This restaurant is pretty good overall. The menu has a wide selection of food and drinks, and the service there was pretty good. The food was okay, the truffle pie we ordered was definitely burnt, but everything else was still very tasty.

8.5/10This was not a restaurant but the tennis club of the area. The foid was very good but the selection/choice was limited. The site dud not give us the description of the place AND no choices. I asked for a table on Piazale Michelangelo and was immediately given a reservation in this specifuc on

8.5/10The food was great. The drinks were tasty. But after getting the first round of drinks, a first bottle of water, and our first course, nobody came back to check on us. We got up and ordered our own second round of drinks, never got additional water and finally paid and left without anyone asking if we wanted more food. We did let them know before we left. Oh and the bread came in a paper bag with no plates to use for dipping although the oil and vinegar was placed on the table. Odd.

10/10A lovely restaurant with fresh salads and delicious pizza; the best in Florence, as far as I’m concerned. The only downside is proximity to the busy viale leading up to Piazzale Michelangelo. I this proximity gives diners some lovely views, the cost is the sound of occasionally loud traffic rising from below.

5.5/10It was the second time I visited this restaurant, the first time everything was somewhat good, but this time I was surprised by the poor services provided, after I completed the order, the delay in bringing the food was, and there are also deficiencies in the items, and the bill contains orders that never came to me Um, was it canceled by them, disappointing and I will not repeat coming again

8/10First of all, All the crew are friendly. And location is very good. It is very close to Michelangelo Square. Pizza is really professional. It was convenient because the menu list was organized well. I really liked it because it was fast to order, eat, and pay. Thank you so much. Everyone, always be healthy.

5/10Had to wait at the table for 20 minutes to be handed a QR code which was a link to the menu. Waited another 20 minutes to order our food. Then received starters and main dish together even though we said we wanted the starters before the main dish. Our kids received their meals after we were done with our dishes. Terrible experience. The food was not worth the wait either.

10/10Great place within a short taxi ride where the food was lovely, the wine was excellent and the place looked to be well used by local people. A short walk to The viewing terrace overlooking the city where many people go in the evening. Met a lovely outdoor singer called Brian who was playing for the crowds. A definite experience that I would highly recommend

6/10The location near Piazalle Michelangelo was great and it had nice ambiance. The food was good. The service was terrible. The waitress tried to take our order before giving us menus. She gave us water but no glasses. She got confused with our order needing it repeated several times. And then served 3 of the 4 of us and asked me again what I had ordered and went back to the kitchen. We had to remind her to bring the wine. She didn’t bring the correct cocktail due to language barrier. No one seemed to speak English despite the restaurant being in a tourist zone. I would not recommend the restaurant.

10/10Beautifully setting, gorgeous food and friendly staff! We can after the sunset at the piazza michelangelo for our anniversary and it was just amazing. Would highly recommend. The pizzas are fantastic!
