The food needed seasoning- it came very neutral. And it was not really to the standard the place and atmosphere would suggest. The staff was friendly but extremely slow in responding and delivering - whether picking up orders or additional orders. Location was good - at it could have been great all in all but really wasn’t.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have most of mains we wanted to order, there was only one rosè out of 5-6 listed on the menu. The starters were okay, however the staff’s behaviour was appalling and sadly ruined the experience for us on our last night in Faro. I’m sure there’s a wider food variety in the season, but I will not be coming back.

We had a wonderful evening at Tertulia Algarvia! Our meals were outstanding - Octopus, Clams and Sweet Potato Cataplana, and Golden Bream baked whole. Fantastic service. Recommend booking as we saw numerous walk-in people being turned away. 10/10

Food was ok, 2 drinks with ice have been drop on the shoulder of my daughter, and no assistance or gesture have been given. We had to eat fast as my daughter was all wet and sticky from The drinks. Mistakes can happen, but nothing has been done to recover the situation. Very disappointing.

Came up on The Fork because I was looking for gluten-free options. When we went they had lost the allergens chart (the first waiter we had simply vanished when we asked and never came back, the second one couldn't find it) but, after asking, I was told that almost nothing on the menu was gluten free (one starter, fruit salad for dessert and a couple of mains). I'm sure it's very nice if you don't have any dietary requirements though! Maybe the listing on The Fork just needs updating.

This restaurant is a great find in the centre of old town! The food was great with loads of great options for us, two veggie, the food was delicious as well. Would recommend for anyone wanting a yummy Portuguese meal at a reasonable price!!

We've been here many times however this visit was sadly really not very good food wise. Maybe they've run their course and need a re-vamp. It such a great menu and experience when it first opened - exciting and unusual but always wonderful rural Portuguese cuisine. Won't be going again sadly. ????
