We spend a lovely diner and evening in Thai au Lac. The place is a bit noisy when full but we had a table close to the lake, it was really nice. I had the crispy Duck and it was really super nice and tasty,

Couldn't have special requests, very noisy, location is good not much choices for cocktail. Service was fast and friendly.

The food is absolutely delicious. Really truly stunning. The papaya salad was out of this world and the rest of the meal, too. And let’s not forget the sticky rice with mango. Heaven! Go…

I found a little piece of plastic in my papaya salad. Our starters never came. They brought the main dishes. Then we asked to cancel the starters which was ok. Then a few mins later, they brought the starter à anyways. Badly organized and we waited a really long time to pay the bill. Nice location but I was not impressed with service and food.

The portion was generous. Though the food is average. We have the feeling this is another Asian resto cooked by Chinese chef, there was no typical taste from Thai cuisine which we love so much, it's more like a blend between Chinese and Thai. And for that, we are disappointed. Regarding the interior and atmosphere, it felt like we were eating in a canteen, not a restaurant.

Be forewarned that the “vegetarian” menu is not vegetarian. Our server actually reprimanded us when we pointed this out. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a server. It was traumatic and ruined our anniversary dinner. Worst service of any restaurant in any country I’ve been to. It’s a shame because the setting is beautiful. Also they put on a show about authenticity, yet no one that works there is Thai so it comes across more as appropriation. And I lived in Thailand and can attest to the fact that vegetarian food can be authentically Thai. Hard pass on this place!

Booking made one before, but table on the backstage. Staff very kind but running everywhere in kind of discorder. As a résultat the arrived cold.

Great Thai food - always good. Atmosphere is better in the summer on the terrace but for a February Sunday evening it was good. Good choice of vegetarian& vegan dishes.

The food was correct, but could be better. The ambiance was sad and the light too low to read the menu. Hopefully the people were nice.

A decent restaurant. Probably more enjoyable in summer. In winter the terrace and parts of the restaurant look a bit like a storage (ex piles of carton boxes in the eating area). But the food is good and so is the service. Overall rate - good!

Nice terrace by the lake under the pine trees. The food is good and served in a timely manner. However, once the food is served you no longer have service and must always look for a waiter, which is probably due to the fact that the terrace is very big and busy in the summer. Would have liked to have more vegetables in the dishes (beef curry coconut milk & prawns basilic). If you are in good company in not in a hurry, it's a very nice place to be.
