5.5/10Environment does not meat the price and expected experience. First of all, this is not a rooftop, it's the third floor. Too much personnel walking around as if they were in a hurry, despite we were the first guests to arrive. I ordered water that came in a plastic bottle. It was not opened and poured at the table. The wine was being pored for myself to taste and they did not ask who would like to taste the wine before that. The food was luckily good but not worth the price on the menu. When we were drinking our coffee and finishing our wine, the waiter asked us immediately if they could already bring the bill, like we were rushed out of the restaurant. Non of the employees speaks Portuguese, except the hostess. If you want to give people this kind of experience, you should really consider lowering your prices and adjusting the concept. Clearly not to repeat

10/10We were made very welcome. The menu explained fully. The service, the food outstanding. Very large portions!!! Definitely listen to the waiter when he says steak enough for 2 and 3 people

5.5/10For a steakhouse to miss the meat temperature is just not acceptable. The prices are high for the quality of the meat. Although the filet mignon was great the Whiskey glazed was hard,overcooked and just a overall bad cut. The service is average at best. Overall a don’t recommend and will not come back.

6.5/10This time service was very slow. Restaurant was every warm inside. We were sitting upstairs almost hidden in the corner and when we wanted to have service we have waited a long time before we finally saw someone. Food still was alright, not cooked as the as the last time. So, sad that this experience was not the same.

Great service from the restaurant manager. The food is as expected and they were good. I was looking around for a spot for my birthday dinner and I was glad that I came across this. I will come back again when I am in the area!

8.5/10Really enjoyed the food and the service was great, the table setup was lacking a bit as it was a reservation for two and we were seated at a table for four and there was a birthday candle request that had to be emphasized a few times in order to happen. Also interestingly enough we had other guests glaring at us as though we were not supposed to be there or had done something wrong (We are a Black Couple) it made us feel uncomfortable and had it not been for the great food or hospitality of the staff we would have left. Other than that it was a great experience

8.5/10We had an lovely meal, the food was tasty. But I don’t think I would have been so happy if I had been paying double the price, we had a 50% discount. The beef wellington was great but at 45€ with no side included I thought was very expensive for Portugal.

7.5/10The restaurant has a nice ambience with an outside terrace. Front of house meet and greet is very good but waiter service is hit and miss. We booked with a promo which they did not apply and we had to argue the bill which is not really what you want at the end of your meal. They did not have our first choice of starters but what we did have was fine.
