We arrived at 8.20 to be told the table was not ready for another ten minutes! We went away and went back. we were greeted by I suppose you would say a maitre 'd' of sorts. He was unsure where we were to he seated so we were took one way then another. Once we sat down no menu was forthcoming. we were asked if we would like water. that arrived. Still no menu or drink offered! After twenty minutes of being ignored we were asked what we would like and I explained we had no menu. the waiter then produced a QR code for us to download the menu! hate that with a passion! it was a further ten minutes before he returned to ask what we wanted. I explained it was a special dinner to celebrate our anniversary and i do not expect to wait over thirty minutes to obtain service! the flowers on our table were dead! the food was OK. drinks very pricey. venue is nice but could be better. not relaxing as staff milling about and directions being given to staff in earshot of customers.

I really wanted to live this restaurant. However, the service was ridiculously slow and unorganized and the food was only adequate. Skip this place.

Employees were absolutely delightful and welcoming, the food was good and although it was cloudy when we went, the view was breathtaking. Also one of the better matcha lattes i've had in a while, not too bitter but not too sweet as well which i appreciate. We definitely made a good choice to spend our 1st anniversary.

Very nice and enjoyable vibes, but not a quiet place in the evening. If you like party music, house music, and that kind of atmosphere, it's amazing. However, if you’re looking for a relaxed place, I wouldn’t recommend going.

Horrible service. Server tried to force me to order an alcoholic cocktail after I said I don’t drink and would order a soft drink. My companion had already ordered a cocktail and we had planned to order food, but unfortunately this attitude was unacceptable and we left immediately. Server chased us down and wouldn’t accept us leaving since she “already placed the order.” We kindly explained that we needed to leave and the server again followed us to the exit. Would not recommend, and especially not at this price point.

Here’s a tightened, harsh but clear version under 1000 characters and with no dashes: This was meant to be our 6 year anniversary meal and it was completely ruined. The interior is beautiful, the gentleman at the door was welcoming and polite, and the DJ was great. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The host at the entrance did not acknowledge or greet my partner or I. We ordered a Caesar salad, a crispy risotto dish and a very unnecessary spin on a margarita pizza. After tasting the pizza we politely told a waiter we did not like it and asked if it could be returned or changed. A second waitress approached us with a hostile attitude, spoke to a manager or chef, and returned to tell us that the description was there for us to read and if we did not like it that was not their problem. This was rude, combative and completely unprofessional. Staff then began pointing and whispering in our direction, making us extremely uncomfortable. No alternative was offered and the pizza wa

It was not a good experience at all. I had noted a birthday and nothing mentioned which happens but another point to note. Cheap, tacky and food awful. It was not fresh stuck to bottom of a metal pan that we were told was hot ! So obviously didn’t touch it but when the handles reach far out we both burnt ourselves badly. And we are adults. Wine was ridiculously priced. Told also we had 1 hour 30 for table - not mentioned - and then barely got a drink ! The decor was tacky .. honestly worst meal I have had in a long time and the most expensive in mIlan. Avoid avoid avoid.

+1Looking at the Duomo right in front of me while having breakfast it’s the best thing you could do in Milan honestly!

Breakfast was not good. Eggs and toast cold , hard to eat. Doesn't worth the reservation, waiting, and the price. However, the location is good

It's not what it looks like, the food is bad (crispy risotto), the portions are small, the place is cramped and the view isn't good.

View was great. Service was horrible . Keep asking us to order and no service at all Food price was overprice. We did not enjoy anything at all. Since it was christmas gathering, we just thought to take a tour.
