10/10I had an amazing experience in the Grill room, the Service and Atmosphere were excellent from the moment we walked in. The the food came . It was really amazing and the portions were big. They even helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday. I am very impressed and i will come again

10/10Excellent restaurant, beautiful space, generous portions! We came for our anniversary lunch and loved every second of it! Our 2 year old son was also well taken care of by the friendly staff.

3/10We live a couple of doors down from this establishment so have frequented many times. I personally hadn’t eaten here for a year or so, but my wife had told me standards had slipped but I thought we would try. What a mistake! The service is none existent, we were not presented with a wine list or not asked for drinks during the order process, waiter walked off after food order. (The wine eventually arrived five minutes AFTER the food had arrived) When food arrived (far too quickly to be freshly prepared), wife had carpaccio which is hard to get too wrong, I had an entrecôte which admittedly was well prepared, but my mother had octopus which was cold, completely overcooked and even burnt at the edges. Unfortunately she is visiting Paris and didn’t tell us till we had left the restaurant. Not sure if they’re under new management or what’s changed but we don’t be dining at our ‘local’ restaurant ever again which is a shame…

5.5/10Out of our party of 5 for dinner, my rump steak and sauce were cold by the time they were served and we had to ask twice for the french fries that had been ordered to accompany another main course. The cold steak was replaced 10 minutes later by another which was hot but the accompanying sauce pot was (still) cold. The reheated sauce was served 5 minutes later. At some point during the evening the overhead heating was increased and the temperature where we sitting rose to an extremely uncomfortable level. We had to ask 3 times before the heating was finally turned down. We were seated in one of the quieter areas of the restaurant but the restaurant was full and it was extremely noisy. We have been irregular clients at this restaurant for many years but after this experience, we will think twice before returning. Our impression is that while prices have increased the professionalism/experience of the staff has decreased. At this price level everything should be correct.

5.5/10The meat was very disappointing even though we ordered the “best” in the menu. They said “Wagyu like”. Far from true though. Maybe I should have tried the saint jacques instead.

10/10I loved this restaurant the service was excellent everywas excellent. We were seated next to the bartender and the bar and he was amazing and kept an eye on us when it was busy the drinks oh my God the Passion fruit and the mocktail with fruits was just astonishing the best if not one of the best cocktails I have there was an actual pad there was an actual Passion fruit in my drink Well it was cut in half and I had that half

5/10I have been to this restaurant multiple times and this time was surely the worse… accompanied by some aged women, they have provided us a high table, on which they could not sit and were making us uncomfortable because we asked to change. During the service they were inattentive and at times impolite. We waited over an hour for the food, and the steak that was asked rare was served well done …

10/10All these people that have written negative reviews were you even at the same restaurant? from the minute we walked in they were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Read us the entire menu (as it’s in friend only which I love) and made suggestions for what to have. The were attentive and polite and very friendly. What a wonderful dinner in a stunning restaurant. Oh and the food was outstanding fresh, tasty and great portion sizes we definitely didn’t leave hungry that’s for sure
