Location was perfect and our seating area was under a lovely flowering tree. Service was perfect and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the different Stews, Salmon, Seabass. All were very flavoursome and wholesome. Would definitely recommend

Lovely restaurant with very good staff. Made us feel welcome. the food was delicious although my friend's ham rolls had celery in them which wasn't mentioned on the menu and wasn't to her liking. The owner got me sparkling wine chosen by her husband that was delicious. The desserts were gorgeous. We would definitely recommend.

From start to finish our dining experience was lovely. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the garden area where we sat is quaint, with beautiful plants decked with lights. The food is exceptional, I had the salmon & my husband had the steak, we’re definitely going to go back to sample one of their stews!

The best dining experience we’ve had in Portugal! The food was incredible and so authentic, even the baby steak was amazing. The atmosphere is like a beautiful hidden garden outside. The owners (also the cooks) were present and served us- the friendliest people who really made the whole experience unforgettable

Hidden Gem . The food was delicious and the taste of the stews were full of flavour . The meat was very tender and melted in your mouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back

The waitress spilt a whole dish of sauce all over our son shirt trousers and trainers, all very expensive! We wanted to enjoy our meal so left it, but we were charged to take home leftover food. We then asked about spilling food on our son which we have to clean! The waitress took the bill saying I’ll take it, so we got up to leave, but I got locked in, I had to wait for the manager who took €8 off our bill. Lesson learnt. We were too polite. Horrendous way to end our evening

Good night The waitress charge the take away because in Portugal needs to be, like the bags (that are in the Portuguese law). About the sauce was 50 ml of sauce, not a dish. You must put in your comment too that you want to live without paying and we almost call the police. And we offer to pay the laundry, you have the discount and a free bottle 🤔 Hope you have a nice holidays and don’t do this in other restaurants.

It was a rainy evening in November and a lot of places were closed. This popped up on my search for a restaurant and had lots of good reviews. I booked online and got 50% off main courses. I had salmon which had a lovely crispy skin and friends had the stews; one beef, one pork. Portions were huge and meat melted in the mouth. No room for puddings. Staff were friendly and attentive and the place had a homely ambience. Would go again.

Fantastic value for money with the Fork app. The restaurant had a warm, cozy ambience with lovely Santana music playing in the background. The beef stew was delicious. We enjoyed our evening and will be returning!

If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of stews and also no-stew dishes. We enjoyed the beef stew and the seabass dish very much. We can’t wait to go back there again!

The food was lovely, unfortunately I had the Atlantico dish, and I found that it didn't have much fish, mostly celery 😕 But overall everything was good. Lovely staff and pleasant surroundings. I would recommend.
