7/10We ordered ossobuco risotto and Tuscan salmon with grill vegetables. The risotto was to die for. We were so inspired. The salmon was a little too overcooked for my liking but the grill vegetables were on point. The service was a little slow and not attentive enough. We wanted to order dessert but the waiting time to order was too long ( gave us the menu but didn't come back to take our orders).

6/10The New Year set menu food was a disappointment. The two appetizers were bland and placed on stale bread. The starter, gratinated lobster was luke warm and did not impress. The seafood buffet did not include fresh oysters as advertised at booking, there were oysters and crabs placed there but only for decoration, what a joke. All dishes in the buffet were cold, it would have been better with some warm dish. Cheese tray offered Brie, two other soft cows milk cheeses and one blue cheese. The cheeses offered were good but the tray lacked variety. One marmalade was available and some fruits as well. The dessert spread was again underwhelming and just on par with everyday set up’s at many 5 star hotel restaurants. The tea had a distinct taste of stale water so we quickly paid and left for tea elsewhere. Service was nice but the lackluster food and low ambition from the kitchen was a disappointment.
