They called it a Christmas buffet but there was nothing Christmasy about it. The seating upstairs lacked ambience.. no decor, dull. We asked twice for a table downstairs but were told it was fully booked.. even though the tables lay empty throughout our stay. A small gesture to allow us to sit downstairs could have saved the day for us and them! Food was standard breakfast fare, with pre-prepared coffee in urns.
