The ambiance was warm and inviting, with attentive service throughout. From the first main to the desserts, everything was seasoned and cooked well! overall very satisfying a dinning experience worth revisiting.

Not an ordinary Tuscan restaurant. More creative refined riffs on Tuscan food, welcoming staff, lovely execution of their ideas. You can order pappardelle al cinghiale almost any where, but linguini al ricci di mare e aglio nero here. We enjoyed it a lot! Thank you!

The restaurant is beautiful and very quiet. Perfect to romantic dates. The fried seafood was good and their sea urchin pasta was interesting in a good way. The flavor was creamy and the sauce made an amazing dip for the bread. The chimichurri on the steak was not my personal favorite. It replicates a relish/pickle taste to my palette. To be fair I am not a fan of pickles so I cannot assign true fault to the dish.

I had such a beautiful lunch at Stellar. The service was honestly perfect—warm, attentive, but never too much. I had the ravioli with butter and sage and the apple crumble, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything just felt really well done, thoughtful, and high quality. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint. I’ll definitely be going back.

Nice vibe and food. I really like the presentation of the food, very ig-able (and of course with amazing quality) we have ordered one appetiser to share and they have kindly made it into two plates for us. Really good service.

The restaurant is nice, unfortunately it was new year's eve, the doshes quite mediocre, particularly the fish. slow service but, mostly, terrible noisy. we had to leave before ending dinner, the noise was so loud we could not speak and enjoy the food. lt might be bad luck...but we didn't like it...

We were quite disappointed with the food. We started with the artichokes, which were dry and tough to chew. The spaghetti and tiramisu were nothing memorable. The meat, however, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Overall, I feel this restaurant is overrated and overpriced for the quality of the menu they offer.

What a fantastic restaurant, the vibe is very relaxed and the decorum is chique and warm. As for the food the Stellar is one of the very few innovative Italian places that does an exceptional job in maintaining true authentic Italian flavors you would only find in Nonna’s Osteria. Highly recommended!

Had a great evening (for the second time) at the Stellar restaurant. Friendly staff, great food and a nice and comfortable atmosphere with live music. Next time in Florence, I'll definitely come back!

Great quality ingredients on a diverse menu. We had two amazing cocktails, the thirsty spritz and “americano’s”— a refreshing take on the americano and perfect to begin a meal. Then we had the risotto all’empolese and octopus burger, both were fantastic. The warm apple cake was wonderfully crispy and comforting. Cool ambiance with nice live music. Excellent service! Hosts and waiters were very kind and patient with friendly smiles.

This was not was I was expecting from other reviews. The restaurant was loud- even outside and the service was not good. We waited a long time to be acknowledged by our server. The food was fine, but not anything memorable. We would not return.

Excellent food!!! Gracious wait staff to our party of seven!! Ambience was wonderful with excellent lighting and great music. After dessert we were surprised by complimentary ice cold limoncello served in Erlenmeyer beakers to pour into ice cold frosty crystal shot glasses. The whole experience was delightful!!!

I booked a table for two for my sister's birthday. We were seated at private table surrounded by greenery. The food was excellent both in terms of presentation and taste. The service was excellent, the staff were charming and courteous. The music helped create a lively atmosphere without being intrusive. The chef even created a mini birthday cake out of biscuits! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend it to tourists like ourselves. The decor inside is modern and classy.
