The food is amazing! My partner had the flat iron steak (cooked to perfection) I had the chicken (again cooked perfectly) both from the grill. Sides were spot on, the onion rings 🙌 the service from the waitresses was friendly but totally professional cannot fault the service. Top marks to The Vault 👌👌👌👌

10/10Great bar with a great vibe , your staff were absolutely amazing. I never write reviews but the food was amazing and your staff were so professional and friendly, especially when my partner knocked her glass of wine on the floor . An enjoyable experience from Start to finish. We will be back . Thank you.

6.5/10We were slightly disappointed in the meal we had last night (The Vault Platter). It was evident that the chicken was frozen chicken and was an odd texture, the mini sliders were also dry.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your review - sorry you didn’t enjoy your meal . I can assure you the chicken isn’t frozen; we have to egg wash it and flour it and then bread it , that’s impossible to do with frozen chicken . It’s all done daily in house . Regards John

9/10Service is always good , very quick and courteous.Food on this visit wasn't the same standard as before but the server was quick to let kitchen know and the re did the meal. Black hole rock band were brilliant .The Vault is a very comfortable setting and with good AC it's a great night out .

9.5/10Other than the first impression on setting foot on the steps and been told by an abrupt waitress "there are no tables!" Our reply was"we are booked in for 4 of us for 8pm. Oh come on then! (Not very welcoming) Dropped us at the bar, 10 minutes later we were place on a high table with only our drinks, no menus given, 15mins later we had to take menus from another table. Shortly after we were asked by a lady (we think the manager) if we would like a low table and swiftly moved us, from then on the waiters (2 males) were very attentive throughout. Food was excellent, and there was a male singer on who was super entertaining. All in all a good night which could have been better if the welcoming had been a little bit more polite.

The flat iron steak was absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. Service was so attentive, the Irish guy who served us said it was only his third day but he looked after us well. One of the girls even phoned us a taxi and stayed until it arrived. Live music from black hole was amazing as when we visited in January, fabulous place!

4.5/10Food service was poor, waited over an hour. Was told there were multiple gluten free options earlier in the week. There were 2! Waste of time and money. Will never eat here again, shame really cos the beer is good, the atmosphere is good and the waiting st aff work really hard.

8.5/10Ambience was great - live music and football on tvs. Food was decent and good selection of drinks. Service was good - apart from the clearing of glasses and plates did not seem to be part of the service. Had to constantly ask the staff if they could take away empty glasses and then plates from starter - they delivered the mains without clearing the starters so no room on the table… Overall good and would recommend.

We are so so sorry to hear this 😭 it’s absolutely not the service we usually give as standard! We have recently gone through a few staffing issues in the last couple of weeks but I did address the staff with regards to this and hoping it’s something they take on board going forward for sure! I actually cleared a few tables the very next night to help them out and ended up with a full coleslaw down my trousers (hence they would rather I didn’t help 😬🫣🤣)

2/10We booked a table 3 days in advance. Received a confirmation email and text for the reservation but when we turned up to the venue they had not looked at or downloaded online bookings therefore we did not have a table

10/10What a fabulous place. This place is amazing the decor is great it has I nice friendly atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was also amazing to and at a really good price. This restaurant is a must try while in Tenerife

7.5/10Love the Vault & we are regular customers & have been for a good few years usually for food. A bit disappointed that on our most recent visit the desert (fruit crumble) came with the smallest portion of separate custard imaginable. The server provided a small top up when requested & charged us for it on the bill. I don't expect limitless extras for free but a golf ball size portion of custard come on, the customer on the next table was similarly miffed.

5.5/10Food was ok , The food at the bottom of the bowl tasted a bit chemically as though it didn’t get dried properly after it had been washed, same with the beef burger, it tasted chemically. Price was ok. Cocktails was lovely. Atmosphere was good, although the music was a bit too loud.

10/10Fantastic night, met friends here on holiday. Took them for a birthday night out. They LOVED it! Table was ready on arrival, food was incredible, hit, fresh, fast and really well made. Cocktails are ro die for here 😍 and the service by Yunes was impeccable. He's attentive, helpful and is very funny.
