Unfortunately, we had to wait for our main course approx. 1 hour. We've been told that our ticket has flied due to the wind (it can happen, it's understandable). They offered 2 sushis and mirto. Thank you

Ci scusiamo ancora sinceramente per l’attesa e per l’inconveniente del ticket “volato via” — è stato un caso davvero sfortunato, ma ci impegniamo a prestare maggiore attenzione in futuro per evitare situazioni simili. Ti ringraziamo di cuore per la comprensione e per le 9 stelle, nonostante tutto ❤️ Speriamo davvero di rivederti presto e puntare insieme al 10 la prossima volta! A presto! The view is the only thing worth to go there. Food: nothing extraordinary (definitely not for those prices). We waited 1 hours for the starters to ne served; I ordered Carpaccio and got Tartare instead and the waiter tried to explain me that was carpaccio, before recognising the mistake and suggesting a replacement (which I avoided for sake of time…). The main course was accompanied by fireworks striking for 10 min a few meters from our heads (and ears), and sine they were just above all, all the fire powder and burnt pieces of paper fell into our plates and drinks, on our hair and dress - a birthday celebration of one hotel’s guest we were told later at the reception. We had to ask ourselves to replace the drinks; for food replacement we did not want to wait any longer, but we were charged for that.

Buongiorno è il primo cliente che si lamenta del nostro ristorante , noi siamo un ristorante gourmet con tanta ricercatezza il nostro chef ci tiene tantissimo alla presentazione dei piatti e questo prevede un tempo di uscita più elevato. Sicuramente non siamo un ristorante dove il piatto esce subito . Per quanto riguarda l’errore del ragazzo nell’ordine ci dispiace per l’accaduto ieri è stata una serata molto piena e non siamo ancora a pieno organico per fortuna l’errore è umano ma tutto il nostro staff è sempre super gentile e cerca sempre di rimediare a qualsiasi richiesta . Per quanto riguarda i fuochi d’artificio ci dispiace ma non è colpa nostra . Abbiamo cercato di rimediare cercando di essere gentili il più possibile era la prima sera che il ristorante era così pieno quindi ci dispiace per l’accaduto ma dire che ne vale la pena solo per la vista non è veritiero visto che è stato più volte chiesto se era tutto buono e sia suo figlio che voi ci avete risposto che era buonissimo tutto soprattutto il dolce

We had the tasting menu and it was a great experience. Staff is very friendly and the view is amazing. Try the tiramisu. Very original!

Food was delicious although portions were too tiny. I didn't like how close the tables were. It felt we had no privacy. I would have appreciated the table oriented so that both of us could enjoy the view. Service was great.

Buonasera ci dispiace per la vista e le porziomi un Po piccole però e la prima volta che abbiamo questo tipo di appunto . Il nostro chef cerca di fare tutto con il massimo equilibrio se lei vorra la prossima volta parlando con il nostro cameriere può chiedergli di avere delle porzioni più grandi . Per quanto riguarda la vista siamo su una terrazza panoramica ci dispiace abbia avuto questo problema
