3/10This our first experience eating at a hot pot restaurant. We asked our waitress for suggestions or just even a quick introduction as to how things worked and she was unhelpful. She spent the entire time we were there playing on her phone despite us asking her questions numerous times. At the end of our lunch she did not even offer us coffee or dessert. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

10/10This was new for us and 5he staff were very welcoming! They were very nice and helpful when we asked them questions about how to cook the food! Everything was so good and amazing flavor! Will definitely stop again in the future!

8.5/10I have been coming here for years. The food is so good, perfect for winter. Unfortunately the staff continue to disappoint. Sat for lunch, the restaurant was half full. I asked for another set of spoons because my daughter eats the broth without spices and I eat the spicy one but I didn't want to mix them. The waitress told me they wouldn't have spoons for the rest of their (half full) guests. I told her I usually ask and no one has ever told me that before. I also asked for my daughter's broth to be without ginger. The waitress said there was so ginger- even though I order the same thing every time, I decided not to fight it. Then I found 2 sticks of ginger in my daughter's broth. I told the waitress and she insisted there was no ginger until I showed her. So, everytime I come, if there is the older woman who seems to be the owner, or if there are the guys working, no issues. But the young girl staff are really disappointing.

2/10Where do I start. Was really looking forward to a change of scenery on both the environment and food from Italian. We had to cancel the night before as we simply couldn’t find the venue and out of respect we rebooked tonight. At arrival we tried to explain what happened but no interaction or interest at all and a tablet was just given to us. We proceeded upstairs with around 5 waiters stood around. We were confused as not used to having an IT technology service on a menu. The menu was confusing and no simple selection was clear to the point we asked do you have chicken dishes to be told No! That ended our reservation and now sat chilling in an environment that makes us feel so welcome . Has anyone heard of a Chinese not providing chicken baffles me

9/10First time at a hotpot restaurant, I really enjoy the experience. My advice is to order the spicy broth only if you can handle real spicy level. It was a bit expensive but we had a good time.
