Fresh ingredients with great broths, good selection of dips and accompaniments on the condiment bar, friendly and attentive service, and great ambience. Overall a perfect evening for our group of 7 friends!

The didn’t mention that some food excluded. Hotpot soup base is not included. Normal experience. Not good, not bad. High prices with small portion.

Service was not very good, seafood very good meat was fair, when it came to bill I had two or three things added that I had not ordered and fork discount not taken off until I had to mention it, disappointed overall attitude of staff

Autentic Chinese food and chinese ambience; very flaborful broth, although the spicy one was not quite as spicy as the 微辣 I had in China (I guess this choice was made to better suit the local's tastes). Very good spot for an ethnic dinner and to try something new. Our table did not have much legroom (table 15), but it was the littlest and it wasn't that bad after all; the others ones where more than fine.

We were not bothered by the employees. The food was good, though the serving took a bit too long. We asked to make the noodles less spicy, but came out pretty spicy. I think it is difficult for anyone to decide how 'spicy' is really spicy, so I should not call this bad. We asked for spoons but it took more than 10 minutes. Well, this may be a small complaint. Overall, I like the restaurant.

The spicy hot pot base is burning spicy - the restaurant can handle it better in one of three ways (a) inform the customers ahead or (b) provide options for doing a twin hot pot or (c) provide a taste sample of the spice level. The restaurant did none of the above. We switched out to a different base midway and the dinner became highly enjoyable. Servers need to do a better job of educating and guiding customers. This has the potential to be a very good restaurant with a few adjustments.

This our first experience eating at a hot pot restaurant. We asked our waitress for suggestions or just even a quick introduction as to how things worked and she was unhelpful. She spent the entire time we were there playing on her phone despite us asking her questions numerous times. At the end of our lunch she did not even offer us coffee or dessert. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

This was new for us and 5he staff were very welcoming! They were very nice and helpful when we asked them questions about how to cook the food! Everything was so good and amazing flavor! Will definitely stop again in the future!

I have been coming here for years. The food is so good, perfect for winter. Unfortunately the staff continue to disappoint. Sat for lunch, the restaurant was half full. I asked for another set of spoons because my daughter eats the broth without spices and I eat the spicy one but I didn't want to mix them. The waitress told me they wouldn't have spoons for the rest of their (half full) guests. I told her I usually ask and no one has ever told me that before. I also asked for my daughter's broth to be without ginger. The waitress said there was so ginger- even though I order the same thing every time, I decided not to fight it. Then I found 2 sticks of ginger in my daughter's broth. I told the waitress and she insisted there was no ginger until I showed her. So, everytime I come, if there is the older woman who seems to be the owner, or if there are the guys working, no issues. But the young girl staff are really disappointing.

Good. More a social plane with friends than a romantic one. Fun to cook your own pieces of food in hotpot. High proportion of young Asian diners here is a good sign.

First time we'd had this experience, great fun and very good food. Our waitress was excellent and made sure we understood what we had to do (and how to do it). Spicy hotpot was excellent and a second time we would just have spicy I think
