This is our annual trip from Palm Springs to Sitges. Every year, we dine at Timos. He and his staff are welcoming, the restaurant is always beautiful, and the service is excellent. Menu is outstanding, creative, and full of flavors. We loved our meals and believed that every year it was better than the previous. We refer many friends to dine here and try and share many items. For the portion size to the price and quality, this is simply one of the best in Sitges. Excellent wine list also, many choices! See you next year Timo!

My husband and I went to Timo’s during our day trip to Sitges. The whole thing was a fantastic experience from front to finish. In places like Stiges, that are heavily touristic, you never what you’re going to find, but this was great. The employees were local and the goal of the restaurant was to provide a nice experience and good food. We had great conversation between us and with our waiter, and the food was beyond great. Since we were ordering as we went along, at some point the dishes were chosen for us. And each dish brought out hit the nail on the head. This was a memorable experience and also at reasonable prices. This place is a true 10/10.

There are rare moments when a traveler comes across a restaurant that creates its own journey through the food it serves, suffused with nuance, complexity, and above all heart. Timo’s Bistro is just such a place - exquisite and rare - hidden from the tourist spots, a pencil of sunlight striking the door and linen table clothes marking a beautiful discovery.

I went there to celebrate my birthday with friends. The table was fine, the menu seemed good. The server was a perfect smart ass, the chicken curry was weak and flavorless. But even if it had been good, the waiter had already ruined the meal for us. I regret having chosen them for my “special occasion “.

This small restaurant was a superb find! My wife was craving steak and was disappointed when told it was not available. So we ordered alternates and what we ate was delightful! Started with Mezze platter and each had the chicken Wellington. During meal, the "other" waiter came by and explained that he, also the buyer, was not impressed with the meat selection he was presented for the cost, so declined purchasing any steak that evening.Care and concern goes into the meal preparation, which to me, is better than just having substandard item on the menu. Wonderful ding experience!
