9/10The food was amazing, we ordered a (surprise) menu and had few dietary changes which were well managed. The place is nice although way too crowded and noisy for this kind of food experience. We don't imagine ourselves staying longer by taking the 8 steps menu, we would prefer a more casual atmosphere.

9/10We enjoyed the Prestige menu! We didn’t do the wine pairing because it was a little over priced feeling. We opted for ala carte glasses which was much better for us! Overall a delicious journey in cuisine!

9.5/10Great food, good pricing and actually not small amount of food! Each dishes were explained well and the quality of the food itself was excellent. Also, for romantic experience, after the meal you can walk your partner down the canal which is literally right next to the place (great neighborhood also) Absolutely recommend this place and they spoke good English also

9.5/10Excellent innovative food. My wife’s lobster was grilled to perfection and set off by a delicious light summery sauce. .our tuna appetizer was excellent and rich in flavor. An intriguing combination of Japanese and French flavors with some excellent wine choices.

8.5/10My overall experience was good, yet i was quite disappointed with the desert (charcoal bisquits with red berries). The combination was okay, but its not what you expect from gastronomic restaurant. I was particularly happy with a starter though (some cauliflower mousse with small crabs inside -- was really a great combo). The meat (wagyu steak) was good but i wouldn't call it exceptional. The restaurant nicely combines vibes of French and Japanese cuisine, in principle this is a great fusion to enjoy.

6/10We were seated in the back and it was unbearable hot. There was no pleasure in eating or thinking about eating as the napkin needed to be used as towel. Many guests in the back had this issue. The waiter tried to comfort us by offering a bottle of water for free, but a proactive stance to offer us a free table outside when available would have been better. The toilet was also broken and didn't flush. The food itself was nice and looked good, but due to the heat it was ot really possible to enjoy it.

6.5/10+ great welcome + fish dishes were amazing (except for one that was average) with a lot of new tastes to discover and enjoy. + noise level was low + outdoor seating + indoor choice of low light and well lit sections - no air conditioning, makes it super hot inside. Impacts ambience and mood. - dessert that was based on charcoal and sesame targets a niche type of people. Didn't enjoy it although it looked amazing. - The meat was very good with a great sauce. However, it is comparable to many restaurants that have good meat. - service was not up to the standards. - The amuse bouche only tastes like peas. No emphasis on the wagyu tiny piece.

10/10This restaurant is a great find. We tried their set dinner menu and were pleasantly surprised. The French-Japanese fusion worked for us. Ethan and the other attending staff were very nice to us. We dined al fresco and enjoyed the very relaxed ambience.

4.5/10The bank of the restaurant was so hot it was exhausting. The lights should I be replaced with LED lights because the lights made it even hotter. The food was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The meat course was actually tough and really sub par. The rest was fine. The tasting menu is a cool concept but the food is not good enough to be worthy of one.

10/10Very nice evening. The staff was friendly and efficient with special attention to our daughters birthday. The food was very good, and the portions had the perfect size to enjoy the numerous dishes without feeling full. Last, you can have a different ambiance depending on the room you sit in. To conclude, the quality is there without arrogance and we recommend the place.

2/10Awful. Chaos. Zero organization or management. We had all the upgrades including wagyu and All expensive wine pairings. It was 45 minutes between courses. The waiters picked up the wine glass on our table to smell if they had been used— it had been so long since they had been to the table they couldn’t remember. The food was small, meager and average. We expressed our concerns during service and were ignored. Extremely disappointed for a Michelin $800 meal.

5.5/10Food was really good but put down by unprofessional service. Seated at the back with inconsistent lighting and some flies around. Service was slow, ordering was confusing and explanation unclear. Plus the server was reaching over people to serve food, wiping hands on his trousers after cutting bread and was carrying our bottle of wine around to chat with others in between pouring our drinks.

7/10Our first time at To’s was during Covid, and we thought it deserved a second shot. The main issue is that they cram in as many tables as possible to make the most out of the space. We’re used to this in Paris, but when you pay 150€/pax, you kind of expect a little more space. You hear everyone else’s conversation and it makes the staff’s job impossible. You can’t hear the descriptions of the dishes. The food itself is good, but so classic. Another piece of fish with a glass of Bourgogne. Another filet of beef with a glass of Bordeaux. Not very daring.

8/10The dessert was wonderful, but we were quite disappointed with the rest of the 4-course menu. For the price, we expected something at least properly seasoned and fresher ingredients. We have had much better food at other French restaurants that were not on the Michelin guide and at half the price.

10/10Best birthday ever!! If you are looking for a fine dining experience this is IT! All food is delicious and presented exceptionally. Service is friendly, welcoming and beyond accommodating. Many times our server asked if we enjoyed our meal and if not were willing to exchange and bring out another. A restaurant that prides themselves in their cooking and service.
