5/10Service was pretty slow, the food came out quick but didn’t really taste fresh. The flavours were disappointing. No one came to the table to ask if we wanted anything else after delivering the main course. Our plates sat on the table for a very long time. When I eventually managed to grab the waiter’s attention, we got the bill and left. Absolutely zero niceties in the shop.

4.5/10Second visit to the restaurant but this time Didn’t get to choose where to sit which was strange because the restaurant was not busy at all, was told to sit in a specific area. The food arrived and the karaage chicken was full of fat and very chewy and greasy. The ramen noodles tasted low quality, 2 thin slices of meat included in the ramen the majority of Ehud is just broth and a handful of diced onions. Having tried a second time and still disappointing, will not be returning again.

7/10I would rate the food 6/10. We ordered Veggie and Chicken Gyoza, Edamame, Deluxe Miso and Deluxe Shoyu. Mıso ramen was good. All the rest were average. Chicken breast was dry, the egg was cold, the broth didn't have enough umami/was not rich enough for me. Service was good and fast. Prices are cheap but I would not pay for food here for a second time. Overall, it unfortunately didn't fulfil our craving for ramen :(

5.5/10The portions were large, but the quality was not very high: my grilled chicken was so fat and unpleasant, I could not finish it. The service was fast but very cold and the place has no atmosphere whatsoever. All drinks are also extremely pricey and The Fork discount doesn't apply to them: 3.90 euro for 250 ml bottle of water is a real joke! Not even half a litre, just a quarter of a litre. Never again

4.5/10The service was very very slow over 1.5h before we got our food, we were told it’s because of two new staff working there but they got our order wrong 3 times and then we were missing items when someone else even took our order, it was not the best service but the food was good.

3/10I book a reservation based on website fork reccomendation. I was very much looking forward to having the katsu curry having read the menu online. When we sat we ordered our starter, we decided to order our second course after. On ordering the second course we were told all rice dishes were not available. We should have been told this before we ordered any food. Family said the ramen broth soups were good/ok, chicken in the soup very tender and tasty. This is a very fair review, will not be returning to the restaurant in Amsterdam. The chain takes advantage of the passing trade of tourists, so do not think my review will make much difference, but hopefully thoses planning to go into Amsterdam especially as we did due to fork reccomendation, dont! Btw - very unclean, toilets (really not nice when you have a young family), decor of restaurant run down. Skip it!

4/10The food is mediocre at best, carelessly prepared and lacks the basic ingredients of a ramen (advertised on the menu itself such as bamboo shoot, nori). Quality is like instant ramen.
