4/10I had the American burger and god it was everything big and a lot of sauce but it didn’t have any taste it felt dry , the fries were really nice tho The waiter were really nice and welcoming

The food was delicious. I had spaetzel with salmon and vegs. My husband had a rack of ribs with Alsatian seasoning. Both meals were perfectly done and very flavorful. The pie of the day was lemon with a cream sauce to pour over it. Best lemon pie we’ve ever had. The ambience was very nice.

10/10We had a lovely experience and were thankful to have made a reservation during such a busy season in Strasbourg. The restaurant was full when we arrived and the staff were running around busy, but they still managed to be very attentive and friendly with us in the short time they had. The food was delicious and comforted us on a cold day. Definitely recommend the tarte flambee.

9/10Lovely dinner at Tonneau with local cuisine. My wife is coeliac and they were able to make sure all her food was gluten free. The kids enjoyed their knacks and chips.

We enjoyed the pate appetizer, traditional tarte flambé, choucoutre garni , tiramisu. & lemon pie. Each dish was superb. Our waiter, Johan, was attentive & very helpful. We may go today for lunch.

4/10Steak ordered medium-rare came out very well done. Very poor. Waiter took our order, and appeared 1 hour later once again to collect our plates. Nothing in between..not so much of a "How is everything going?"

7/10For some reason after reviewing their website, I had the impression that Tonneau was more upscale and would have more choices for my wife, who is allergic to beef & cow dairy. That said, the portions were large, the service very good, and the food & wine average.

+1Great food. Authentic French food - the Entrecot, pate, and cordon bleu. Super busy but fast service. Very nice girl in front, spoke English, and was delightful!!! Her mom is the cook. Wow!

9.5/10Excellent food in the heart of Strasbourg! We picked this restaurant based on excellent food reviews and it did not disappoint, even for one of our gluten free guests. We had steak, ribs, and pork in mushroom sauce… all done and seasoned properly. Highly recommend

8/10This is a solid brasserie with a good food and service for an eatery at this level. I had the spätzle and a beer and it was great. Good value for you Euro. I would definitely eat there again.
