The food was superb (sea bass and veal) with a perfect balance of subtle flavours and every attention to detail shown. The young staff were very considerate and professional. I hope that many people will continue to visit this beautiful and atmospheric historic residence tucked away off a busy street in Trapani. It was a reallly excellent meal all round!

Excellent service in a beautifully restored building. Nice atmosphere with great background music playing. We had couscous and it was delicious. The broth was perfect and so was the fish on the couscous. Cannoli was perfect too. All around a lovely meal was enjoyed with very attentive waiter and staff.

Amazing dinner! Had the veal steak, it was so tender and delicious that I will have many dreams of this. Location is stunning. Service excellent.

the food quality was exquisite and the lady who served us was full of information about the sourcing and preparation of the food. a beautiful place to eat in a country that has amazing food. a definite recommendation. Dress smartly for the evening as this is a classy town and classy restaurant.

Clear that service offered was less once they found out we were only there for one course and no drinks. Didn't ask if food was OK no olive oil given. Romantic fancy restaurant.

Questa sua esperienza è stata per noi una prima volta...non ci era mai capitato che un commensale si presentasse al tavolo e ordinasse con calcolatrice telefonica alla mano chiedendo le sue uscite facendo vedere quanto avrebbe dovuto pagare non prendendo acqua,vino,coca cola etc ma lamentandosi della assenza dell olio al tavolo.Per sua conoscenza lo portiamo in automatico al tavolo secondo le pietanze ordinate.Ha pubblicato ciò che ha consumato e in nessuno dei due piatti è previsto alcuna aggiunta di olio.Teniamo a precisare il suo conto totale per 2 persone tramite pos 33euro

The atmosphere and the food were lovely. It was an entirely enjoyable experience. The only thing I didn't care for was that I ordered one of the specials and it ended up being double the price of the rest of the menu. Of course it was my fault for not asking. Though I'd have to say I feel like this fast one may been pulled because I used the 20% off discount through The Fork so perhaps they were finding a way to recoup their loss. I would absolutely strongly recommend this restaurant. It was definitely the best meal that we had in the week in which we were in the Trapani area.

Nice place with beautiful decor and cosy ambience. Only shame was the waiter and waitress whose behaviour ruined the atmosphere by being very tence and condecendent. When I received my oysters. I pointed out that one had a suspicious smell, to which she answered that "you do not eat oysters with salt and pepper" , (I had asked for freshly ground black pepper only, as I prefer my oysters with squeezed lemon and pepper), then adding, "anyway, it comes from the same box as the others". They did mention that they were not going to charge us for the bad oyster. The Pasta afterwards was nice though but by then the atmosphere was unfortunately ruined. An example on how not to handle a customer's objection. A pitty, as the place has a real potential with its location and decor, if only the staff get some training, relax a bit and focus more on the customers instead of on themselves....

The local food and wine of Sicily paired very well together, and the price was excellent considering the quality and presentation of the food. Overall, the service was attentive and pleasantly friendly without being overbearing. The starters and main dishes were traditional yet creative, and the lemon granita served as dessert was much smoother and better than what I had at various street cafes.

Definitely the best restaurant we went to in Trapani, and indeed during our whole week stay in Sicily. We ordered a tuna steak for the main course, which, together with one of the Grillo white wines recommended by the waiter, made the angels sing. It was the best tuna steak we've ever had, completely freshly caught and tender as soft butter. If you are in Trapani and want to treat yourself, don't miss out on this restaurant.

+1I liked the historic building this restaurant was located in, and the atmosphere in the main dining room was lovely. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, and the dishes were presented beautifully. Dessert was definitely worth the caloric splurge.

I thought we ate the best Sicilian dinner last night but this was definetly the winner. This dinner was better than every one we had in Positano. The fish selections were all delicious. The pasta with amberjack eggs was incredible and my wife had the pulpa ragu pasta. Wow I told my wife this is the last meal you have and then die and go to heaven.

We had a very good fish with green salad and sicilien salat as sidedishes, and a white wine from the region. The restaurant is not easy to find, so better advertisement along the street would probably give more guests.

Very nice restaurant. We were situated at a table in a small cosy coartyard fulled with green plants. Unfortunately one of the dishes we ordered (pasta with red tuna) was so salty, that it wasnt really eatable. The young waitress said that this was a local specaility... Maybe next time they should warn customers of saltyness? Both the wine and the other dish we had was ok.

Romantic place and very relaxing. The restaurant is located in a historical patio and building in the downtown of Trapani. The dish are equilibrate. Get there is not easy if you follow the Google maps.

The place is lovely and the food is very good but the service was very slow. We had our booking at 20:30 and were given our secondi over 2 hours later. This was not just us. We imagined something went very wrong and in fact were told by the staff after our meals arrived that it seems the chef was held back by another French client who was earlier also complaining. For me it seemed shifting of the blame. Pity.

The lovation was lovely. The food was tasteful and the price acceptable. The waiters however seemed too young and inexperienced. We waited too long on all of our three dishes. We skipped the dessert, as they forgot it.

Food was delicious, high quality and generous dishes. Very well decorated with a lovely atmosphere. The waitresses were efficient and charming. Nicely located in the city centre. We sent two times for dinner in our stay of two days in Trapani, so I recommend it with any doubt.
