7.5/10Food is good but it’s not a real Japanese restaurant: there are Thai, Korean and some Chinese dishes on the menu, and there is no trace of donburi or bento. I understand the need to adapt to local taste but that’s a bit too liberal. The restaurant itself is really nice and super central and the staff is kind and helpful. Prices are in line with the location, and fish is fresh.

Food was great and fresh but the service inattentive, forgot to serve ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. Didn’t ask whether everything was was alright etc.

10/10This dining experience made my birthday a memorable day. The food was fantastic to say the least and the wine pairing amazing. I really suggest to end with the fruit ice cream dessert, really good! The ambiance is really nice as well and the staff well trained and polite.

9.5/10Toyo, in my opinion, offers the best sushi in Cagliari. Fresh and flavourful, with great combinations it offers great sushi for every age range, though being of good quality it does cost much more then the competition

10/10This was our first visit to this restaurant but we will definitely return. All the food we ordered was excellent and presented beautifully, staff were also extremely friendly and attentive and put in extra effort to order a taxi for us at the end of the evening.

We were recommended this place by our Villa host who said it was the best sushi he had ever had. He was not wrong. Not only is the restaurant stunning, the food was absolutely delicious. The service was really good too.
