5/10Booked well in advance for 20 people, reservation was already very messy, long wait for confirmation, payment link that did not come, had to be paid to a hotel...? Bad or no welcome in the restaurant, had to wait a long time before someone wanted to receive us, they did not know about the deposit..... Food okay service could be much much better.

7.5/10To be honest I was underwhelmed by the food. We (patty of 4) had the 4 course tasting menu. And whilst say 50% of the dishes ( multiple small sharing portions per course) were quite nice the others were less than impressive. Very discounting given all the hype. This was the view of the group. Positive side was the venue and ambiance, the service .. but unfortunately we were there for the food. Example; the Burrata was incredibly boring. Tasteless and too wet. The marinated tuna was too dry and lacked any taste. One of the two pasta dishes (with truffle) was so bland it had no taste, even the truffle was of a poor quality. Perhaps I’m spoiled here living in the Truffle area of France. I felt sorry for the serving staff as the kitchen had completely let the team down and at more than €120 a head it’s not a cheap venue

2/10Incompetent! It’s the first time I am writing a review for a restaurant and there’s a reason why. I booked 2 months ahead for an important business outing. Called 2 weeks before to find out they could not find my booking even though I had a confirmation mail, booking number etc. They booked us in again only for me to discover it was for a17.30 dinner when I asked for 19.30! Called them again, left a message, no one called back but they changed the booking to 19.30. One week before our dinner, they changed the booking to 19.15 and one night before to 19.00! I have received a total of 14(!) messages for one booking. In all my life (I’m 55 ) I have never come across such poor, unreliable and self centered customer service: lose bookings, book whatever suits the restaurant, change bookings without asking the clients. Not once but twice! At the end we went somewhere else. One booking, one confirmation, one time slot, standard practice. Still have the 14 messages!

10/10Excellent in every gastronomic point of view !! The place is very nice Money for value 100% All the plates were very nice and the flavors were excellent!! Well done to the Greek shef and he’s team and to the Italian manager

2/10Worst ever, never taking reservation, always telling will call back and will send email, I called 5days in a row and sent 2 emails, never had reply and at the day I wished to have a reservation they called me and asking me if I am coming, what is this?

10/10I recently dined at Tozi, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The food was great. Each dish was also beautifully presented. I highly recommend Tozi for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
