If you book there, make sure you seat in the back of the restaurant, there is a cave that adds to the overall experience ! The food is very good although slightly heavy but the taste and the appearance is truly elevated. Don’t skip the desserts

A lovely meal on Christmas Eve. Good service, the cave is cozy and charming.

Some dishes featured interesting preparation choices, but the overall impression remained reserved. Most of the menu did not meet expectations. The wine recommendations were unsuccessful and did not pair well with the courses.

Excellent meal at aldente restaurant. The ‘cave’ room was a special room for a special meal and surrounded by some of the best wine produced in Italy. The wine list itself was huge but also very good value. For food we had scallops, house pasta and venison and it was all delicious. When in Aosta this is the place to eat.

The meat was tough and tasteless. The food was badly portioned on the plate. We were sold a "special price" wine, but the price on the bill was significantly more expensive than we had agreed with the waiter.

I had eaten there many times before with a great experience. The service was appalling this time and went to the cashier to end the evening quickly.

Creative cooking and presentation. Service was attentive. We ate in the wine cellar which added a special ambiance. Wine selection arguably one of the best in Aosta.

Lunch with friends who visit Aosta regularly. The positive reviews I read (pre booking) were all true. We were treated extremely well by all the staff. Alpine menu was excellent and real value for money. Thank you all for making our day out from the other side of the tunnel such a pleasure

+3The dining room was absolutely stunning. We were seated in the back. The service was excellent, friendly and informative. Excellent selection of wine . We enjoyed our appetizers immensely, the entrees were fair (not as good as the appetizers) dessert was fabulous.

Amazing supper! We have got the local cheese, pastas and gorgeous desserts and local Chardonay wine... Absolutely deliciuos!

Nice restaurant. Fantastic location. Waiters could verloren attentive. Wine was not cooled and had some cork in it.

Тhe first of us was put in the wrong room, but we discussed it beforehand! The second - Ed terrible, I do not know why they write that a good restrane ... all the food is overcooked, the feeling that they cooked the day before coming ....(((

This was an excellent restaurant in a lovely setting (lower dining room). The food, the service and friendliness of the staff were all first class. We would definitely go back.

Grazie 1000. Very happy with everything, especially for your flexibility. I asked to prepare branzino that was on the menu initially breaded in a simple way, grilled. The chef said it would be no problem. Was very happy with what I got. Must-try - chocolate cake with hot chocolate inside for desert.

Xmas lunch was ok considering the occasion. Pleasant service. Choice between 2 menus. Food nothing special but good quality.
