We had a late lunch reservation, 15:30, in retrospect maybe that was the problem. My husband ordered the pasta frutti di mare, it was hot and full of fresh seafood. Very tasty. I ordered pasta vongole and it had a lot of clam shells on top of the pasta, most of which were cold(like they'd been taken out of the fridge and put on top of the pasta as a garnish. When I removed all of the empty shells, and the few that had clams in them, there were very few clams in the dish. There was also a larger unopened clam , which of course, is useless. If we judged our visit strictly on my husband's order, they would have had rave reviews.

One of the most basic pasta dishes - Lasagne - was inedible due to the flavour and that it had obviously been microwaved. When I advised the waiter of this, there was no further discussion. At all. No offer to replace it, discuss with the chef, or remove it from the bill. In fact, no further service for another 20 minutes. We had to leave the table and approach the cash register to have any interaction with the staff. Only then was the item removed from our bill after another staff member checked with the kitchen.
