We were on holiday visiting various cities in Italy. I read up about the florentine steak. We were a party of 8 and was struggling to find a steak house. This one was available and did not disappoint. The food was lovely and the staff were extremely attentive. It was a great experience.

The staff was wonderful. We asked to sit in a little garden area they have in the back and they set up a table for us. Soon three other groups joined us when they saw how lovely it was. The food was good It was a lovely evening

My wife ordered lasagne, which came out hot on the outside but cold in the middle, we complained and the took it away and returned the same meal which was still cold and sloppy, on paying and leaving I realised the fork discount of 30% was not applied to the bill.

Delicious food, great service and an incredibly convenient location. Very relaxed atmosphere, after our meal and paying the bill we were encouraged to stay and just relax. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve not had worse food in quite some time. This is a tourist trap with below mediocre food. Nothing about it was authentic or worth praising. Ragù was blend and oily, and the sausage tasted like canned meat. Quite a disappointment.

The food was lovely and high quality, and our waiter Rayen was very friendly and attentive. We had a discount, courtesy of TheFork, which made it an excellent deal. Would come back any time.

We had a sumptuous lunch after visiting the museum. The waiters provided excellent service, especially Rayen has been attentive to our needs. The price is reasonable for the good food and service.

Don’t be put off by the unprepossessing decor. The food was excellent—the calamari, in particular, was delicious.

A simple salad made my wife incredibly sick. The rest of the food we had was bland.

The wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Their suggestions helped make the meal selection easier. They were able to accommodate a special order. They were attentive but not hovering. Thank you for adding to our lovely last dinner in Florence.

+1Found this place on Google with high score. Excellent service. Staff are very welcoming and professional and know their food very well. Explained the food and ingredients to customers very detaily and patiently. Good quality and good portion. Desert is average though. Would recommend this restaurant to others.

We went here on recommendation from someone we met in Florence and loved it! The ravioli was wonderful.

Arrived later than planned as car parking was almost impossible. However the waitress was helpful and flexible with us and managed to save our table The restaurant was absolutely full when we arrived for dinner. Despite that the lead waitress and her new apprentice worked tirelessly We ordered a range of starters and mains All of the dishes were great but the most notable was the homemade vegetarian ravioli - devine The icing on the cake was the 50% discount courtesy of le fork

I visited this local small place yesterday and it was so traditional, i tried the pasta and the meat was really fresh and a good quality , service was friendly and you can feel home .. very good prices as i saw before on the site
