5/10Food was okay, my partner only had 6 pieces of ravioli for his main course. My starter had hardly any mussels in it and then the main was near enough the same sauce. We weren't asked if we wanted more drinks or if the food was okay. However, the manager did offer us two free desserts which was nice of him. But on the whole we had been excited to go and was disappointed as was my partner.

10/10From the moment we entered we were treated as very welcome guests, Martina delightful in her welcome and support, food is very good and as it was our second time there, we chose totally different meals and they did not disappoint. Overall a very lovely experience.

3.5/10We had to wait to be seated when the restaurant wasn’t busy. We had to wait a long time to have our drinks and food order to be taken, when we did order, they were mixed up to the table next to us. They did have the champagne or wine we requested after we ordered them. The drinks and food were sent to the wrong table. When we received the bill they had left the all the drinks off the bill. It was very disappointing as we were looking to a nice evening but don’t think we’d go back.

10/10The staff at Trattoria are ALL excellent. From the hostess who greets you, to the wait staff in the restaurant, they are all very friendly & helpful. The food is delicious and the ambiance couldn’t be better. This is one of our favourites in Tenerife.

Nice place good food , the walk through the hotel foyer was lovely . Got a bit confused with the two restaurants next to each other. The price was very reasonable especially for the hotel it resides in. The only thing was it was my husbands 60th and they said we could have a celebration drink on them, but it never happened. Well worth a visit!

I went to the restaurant “La Trattoria” and the experience was fantastic. The pizza is really excellent, and the focaccia is definitely a must-try! The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Highly recommended!

5/10Not really a great atmosphere because you are sitting in front of a big hotel breakfast room. Place is pretty big , but not many people in there. Food is good but pretty basic. There is another restaurant next to it, which looked much nicer and had the name on it that we booked, but we were send to the “cantine” which had another name (olive) on the door. All very confusing.

5.5/10Service was lovely. Drinks were very expensive and so was the food for the quality. I had the sea bass, which was just two tiny fillets. One of the most expensive meals we had on our holiday but not the nicest.

10/10We were staying at another local hotel and decided to try here one evening, so pleased we did! All the reviews of this place are spot on! It’s quite a dramatic entrance into the hotel and down to the restaurant, I’m only sorry we came once it was dark as I’m sure the views out are great. The staff are fantastic, attentive without being in your face or ignoring you, we were told of the day’s special In the end I chose a pizza which was fantastic, lovely thin crispy crust and just the right amount of topping We’d definitely go again on our next trip to Tenerife and can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

10/10Such lovely staff. All men as far as I could see, which is strange, but welcoming and attentive. Stunning views from the terrace. Soft background music, but the food is amazing. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend

10/10The most amazing pizza. Staff so lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. My daughter has a cat phobia (and we didn’t realise that there are a couple of cats that roam around there) but the staff were so understanding and attentive to ensuring they didn’t come near our table so she could relax and enjoy the evening. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.
