10/10The food is amazing and very reasonably priced for the quality. The wine was very good. The staff are friendly and the service efficient. They were very happy to give recommendations. The place has a nice ambience. We will be going back… several times!

9/10Loved the pasta, veal scallopine. and "big salad." Location was ideal for us, only steps away from our AirBnB. Went back a second time with our son and daughter. Also appreciated the 30% Fork promo discount.

10/10food was delicious. service was efficient and friendly. and price was very reasonable, especially given the 30% promotional discount. we started with spaghetti and tomato sauce, and the white bean soup. next, I had the veal scallopini and my wife had the shrimp. Diners near us were served various meat dishes which also looked exceptionally good. Great place all around.

Wonderful and kind staff , excellent meal and reasonable prices. I have travelled throughout Italy many times this is the closest to a traditional family owned restaurant that I have found in Florence. Thank you all so much for the fantastic experience

9.5/10Excellent food, helpful service and good explanation of the dishes, in spite of language issues. Very good value wines. There are lots of restaurants in Florence with a similar menu and offering. This one stood out for us.

10/10The service was great! The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was amazing, cooked a beautiful medium rare to rare and served table side. Sides were also very good with good portion sizes. Wine list had a wonderful Brunello that was perfect with the meal. Cena fantastica!

8/10Love this restaurant. My husband and I got a veal chop and a steak and both were delicious and prepared great. We also got the Tuscan white beans and they were so good, got a nice bottle of Chianti wine. Service very friendly and helpful.

10/10This is one of my favourite trattorias in Florence. It retains an authentic feel and the food is always excellent. I visit Florence every year and in 2022 and 2023 I ate here 5 times with no disappointments.

10/10Enjoyed a terrific meal at TdB. The Florentine steak was excellent and served on a hot trivet cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed the service provided by the many excellent waiters at Trattoria da Benvenuto.

10/10Booking through the Fork app, they reserved us a table with the best view! I got to stare at the bell tower all night. The wait staff knew English and gave good recommendations. We had the cheese board, two pasta dishes, and a cut up stake. All were delicious! The wait staff was so kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

10/10This restaurant is very good. The dishes are delicious. Especially the risotto Fiorentina was very delicious. And also the cost is reasonable. We had very fine time. If I come to Firenze, I want to go to this restaurant.

8.5/10The food was some of the best mid-range we have had in our 15 days in Florence; but the downside was how busy it was at lunch with a couple of tourist groups - so rather an hysterical and not relaxing feel. Maybe we will go again at dinner to be able to savor the good cooking a bit more..

10/10On a vacation to Italy we were originally taken to this restaurant by a tour guide as a place locals eat. It was excellent and so we returned to enjoy the Florentine Steak.

9/10My husband & I spent a week in Florence and ended up eating dinner at Trattoria Benvenuto three times. Tucked away in a small street, away from the overpriced touristy restaurants, this little gem of a place provided us with both authentic and well-priced food and excellent service. I can highly recommend the large antipasto platter for two, which includes a selection of four different bruschettas, and my other favourite dish was the fluffy gnocchi with a creamy Gorgonzola sauce.
