3/10We were accepted on time. That was the only positive part of the dinner. The food simply can not be called food. Sand on the teeth from so called clamps , fried chicken breasts consisted of 10% of chicken and 90% of bread cramps. Vegetable soup with a big piece of the bread in it. Why? Bathroom is another disgusting story.

10/10From top to bottom, this was a dining experience and not just a meal. Our waiter, Mark assisted us Americans through the ordering process combined some great humor as well. Multiple servers assisted him. There was never a time when we weren’t looked after. And the meal…. Top notch! The only problem is that they aren’t in California.

10/10Fantastic food and service. My fillet of beef was perfectly steaked, medium rare, and the roasted potatoes with truffle sauce was very tasty. My wife had the best pasta she ever tasted (with garlic oil, burrata and chili pepper). Best food so far in Florence.

7.5/10Food was decent - not extraordinary but pretty good. I live in Florence so my standards are high. The service was fine - some of the staff were super nice, but one of the ladies was a bit impatient. Not sure I’d return, just because there are many other places that are just that bit better.

4.5/10We ordered the bistecca fiorentina de chianina and the meat tasted like fridge in some parts. When I gave the feedback to a waitress she was rude and rolled her eyes. Then the manager came and asked what happened and was nice offering some limoncello. But in the end we paid the bill and they didn’t discounted anything.

4/10Food was awful, steak chewy and not flavourful, no marbling though we ordered and paid for Chianti steak, crostini very bland, salad was just bowl of cut lettuce, couple of cucumber and tomato pieces without any dressing. Steak was so bad that we left one third untouched. We left this place still hungry and had to stop at the grocery store to buy some snacks. Worst steak in our experience- all our party members share the same opinion

10/10If we could, we'd give 10/5 stars. The staff were wonderfully attentive, the food was excellent and the atmosphere super cozy. It didn't feel like one of those touristy restaurants, but much more authentic. You could feel that the restaurant's owners run it with a lot of passion. Thanks for having us, it was a great pleasure :)

Such a cosy, intimate setting. The chef greets you at the door and the service was almost perfect. There seemed to be a little hiccup with our order whereby three of us ordered individual fillet steaks, cooked medium but only two arrived at the table. Those two were cooked perfectly medium and were delicious. The third one seemed to have been forgotten and arrived a few minutes later, but was very rare - too rare considering it was ordered medium. We politely asked for it to be put back on the grill for another couple of minutes. But it took about 10 minutes and they tried to make out that it was rare because the chefs don’t like cooking more than rare when they should’ve just said, “whoops, sorry, your order was missed” rather than try to rush it The fourth dish, was a beautiful gnocchi. The hiccup was only minor and wouldn’t stop us from going back as the setting, location and rest of the food was really good

7/10Went there early on New Year's Eve. Reservations only. Not crowded when we arrived, but full when we left. Special a la carte menu which was OK. Ossobocco was not hot and lot of fat. Not fall off the bone tender as I had hoped. Distracting odor from old live plants high on the wall. Satisfactory over all, but not as distinguished as we had hope. Service was OK.

10/10Met at the door by Chef Enrico and immediately showed to several tables, which we had our choice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Took our order for our bottle of wine which was brought to us within minutes. Took our order and made a couple of great suggestions. My wife got filetto al chanti and I the filetto alla crema di pistachio which was delicious. Side dish of a small salad and roasted potatoes. Everything was well prepared and delicious.
