Fantastic service and food. Get away from the hustle and bustle too. Priced very reasonable for what you get. Really nice menu. Great wines. Highly recommend.

Always a joy to return to Trattoria Da Denis … this lovely family run small restaurant offers a very warm welcome, a lovely creative menu of superbly cooked food, excellent wine and drink choices and sumptuous deserts. It’s been 9 years now and this restaurant has never failed to satisfy our appetites!!! Well done Da Denis .. and thank you xx

+8What great and amazing food to experience topped with a classy friendly service! The lady from Ecuador- Carlotta and the Denis the owner delivers personalized attention to details that truly made the experience much more special. Fork App rated it at 9.6 at the time of our visit, hands down a 10 of 10 review for quality of food and top notch service. Ask for extra linguini if you’re getting the seafood platters to make use of the left over sauce! Well worth it.

The food was amazing. They offer gluten free pasta. The whole family ate different dishes and everyone was equally satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

This is the third time my husband and I have visited Venice, and our 3rd time to this restaurant! We have the special when we are here - a sea food ‘stew’ in an amazing tomato based sauce. It is followed with pasta in the remaining sauce. The best meal in Venice! The restaurant was recommended by the owner of the Airbnb we originally stayed in. It is popular with locals, yet only 10mins walk from St Mark’s Square. I would highly recommend!

Very good food and service. We visited this place twice and it was wonderful in both cases. The only thing I wish would be better is their house wine. It does not match the quality of the food.

Been to this restaurant twice. Food, wine, service all very good. We as a group of 4 ordered different starters, mains and all enjoyed our meal.

Had a lovely evening meal on our last night in Venice. Everything we ate was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The best food we ate in Venice for a fair price and the service was excellent too. Well done everyone 😀

We were a large group and the restaurant dealt with us very well. The food was very good and was good value. We had a variety of pasta, fish and meat snd all were good. Restaurant was in a good location.

From the time we stepped into Trattoria da Denis till we stepped out our experience was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We chanced upon Trattoria da Denis on our first night in Venice, and had such a good experience we returned another night in our week-long stay. Seafood dishes are super fresh (as expected) and very tasty - seafood antipasti platter is highly recommended. Staff are very helpful (we only speak a little Italian) and cheerful, and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

This was a repeat visit as I enjoy the food here. Quality same as the last 4 visits. I had a bowl of seafood spaghetti which was delicious. Would have loved to have had the Misto di Pesce for a starter but was for 2 people and I was dining on my own.

The best pasta I had in Venice! You should try the spicy shrimp and tomatoes one - it is great, full of flavour. It is an authentic place with great food.

Excellent and helpful service for non Italian speaking guest. Food was authentic, well priced and wine selection very good. Highly recommend for authentic trattoria experience, unlike many of the Venice restaurants who cater to tourists and charge tourist

Delicious Negronis and superb seafood marinara. Truly outstanding and comfortable place. Wine selection was also quite good. Overall experience was very good. Reccomended.
