10/10Wonderful trattoria in a great neighborhood. We had a great, fun server who enjoys his job, obviously. The only downside was the kitchen was out of meatballs! Love the food, love the atmosphere and love the tiramisu. Grazie!

My wife and I got the Florentine steak, potatoes and a salad. We skipped the appetizer and dessert because we weren’t that hungry as we had been trying alot of great food in Italy. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The potatoes and salad complemented it well. It was a nice change after eating pasta and pizza for several days! The price was very reasonable. Would definitely give this restaurant my business again!

8.5/10The food, including a refreshing white bean and Swiss chard take on ribollito and a delicious osso buco, was wonderful and the service terrific in this charming Trattoria tucked away on a little street near the Museo Novocento.

3/10Average menu for new years eve bread served in paper bag nothing special added to the menu Charged 35 euros deposit for each person when booking after ordering and completing the meal management refused to provide the bill. For a table of 6 people a refund was due and management refused to provide a refund saying take it up with the booking group. Suggest patrons steer clear of this non reputable restaurant.

10/10A lovely restaurant in Florence. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would absolutely return if/when we come back to Florence!

10/10So happy to have discovered this spot. Loved the cozy atmosphere. Our server was quite knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful - and she was busy! Nice to have a selection of specials of the day- and some different items. Sadly the pasta special I chose was already out by 730 or so, server said it had been a very busy lunch. So instead chose veal dish with roasted potatoes. Generous portion of veal was very tender and potatoes had crispy edges and were delicious! Husband had beef stew that he pronounced excellent - fall apart beef…. We may go back before leaving Florence!

8.5/10Went to this restaurant to try the Florentine steak. Food was ok but not the most memorable on our trip. Our waiter, Nico, was friendly and helpful explaining the dishes. We had a nice experience.

4/10The restaurant booking was made early by me but we were not in the restaurant proper but a tiny back room. The waitress had a packed room of non italian speaking guests and she spoke no English. The poor girl received no support from senior staff and took forever to take orders. We received the wrong wine and did not receive a salad which was ordered and on the bill. Pointed this out on receiving the bill. Our waitress had to go off and consult her manager and returned distressed to say he would not adjust the bill. My wife sought him out as we left to tell him how badly he had performed in his attitude to us and in not helping his staff. He diffidently replied sorry for that and see you next time. Total arrogance and ignorance
