excellent food and service

The personnel was polite and pleasant but the service was very slow. We have waited around 30 mins for drinks and more than one hour for any food to start arriving. Even kids food took ages. Food quality was generally pretty good, just some staffing issues possibly.

the food was correct, however we didn't get the fork discount.

We had 20% off but when we went to pay the bill the waitress told us that it would not apply to pizza. But then she applied the discount only to 1 pizza. The food was good but we were disappointed that we could not get the 20% off for all the items. She did not make us aware of that and the site also did not mentioned anything. Also the waitress served another table before us and we waited a long time for our pizza.

The food was okay but not spectacular. The service was poor. Our part of 7 arrived to a mostly empty restaurant, and even though there was a table large enough for all of us, they initially tried to split us into two tables. Food came out at different times for everyone in the party, and one of the diners received no food until we reminded the waiter that his food had been forgotten.

We’ve eaten here a couple times. The food is great. Antipasto - cuts of meat and cheese. Mains - steak on ruca with Parmesan flakes / Cacio e Pepe / penne bolognese/ risotto col pancetta e crema di zuccha dessert - tiramisu/ crema Catalina. 1 liter of red house wine and a couple cans of sprite for the kids. It was fantastic.

Nice restaurant with great food. I would recommend it. The main level area would have been too hot for us to eat in but the lower area was ok. The waitress was friendly and spoke English.
