The worst restaurant, maybe racist, didn't care about our Asian table. The service difference was expensive, but I tried to get tips, and they didn't automatically discount the fork app, so I barely got it. The food was expensive, but the taste was just that. It was the worst restaurant I've ever experienced in Florence

9/10Had a great meal at Trattoria da Nuti — the pasta was genuinely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The only downside was that they didn’t offer the menu with TheFork discount as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, excellent pasta, but I’d recommend confirming the discount/menu details in advance if you’re booking through TheFork.

2/10This restaurant has shown various complaints. Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait for a buzzer to get in. The food got cold quickly, making it difficult to fully savor the pasta. I asked for the bill, but it only came after I repeatedly asked. The worst part was that I paid by card, thinking the bill would be correct, but upon closer inspection, I realized they'd added a bottle of wine I hadn't even ordered. When I complained, they simply told me it was a regular occurrence and that I should have just given them cash. I was trying to enjoy a nice meal in beautiful Florence, but it was ruined.
