Came in with a reservation for 8 with 4 adults and 4 kids and they gave us a private room upstairs where we could see them making fresh pasta from the balcony. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and so fresh. Will come here again the next time I’m in Florence!

Such a disappointment. I booked for 9:30pm a table for 4, we arrived at 9:25 and we had to wait outside until 10:00 to get our table. We ordered drinks that never arrived. My pasta plate was cold and they were not able to serve all 4 plates together with more than 10 minutes difference between the 1st and last plate. Unacceptable. And funny point when we finished our food they came and ask if we wanted the water now. Ridiculous!! Run away from this restaurant, they are so many good ones in Firenze

Excellent service, Leandros was our server, beautiful restaurant, delicious food, they brought out a tiramisu and sang happy birthday to my daughter. Its our 2nd time there. Love it

Server was not friendly at all. Everyone else looked like they enjoyed their job except for ours. The Florentine Steak needed salt.

WE have Lunch booked by thefork with 30 proc. off, but nobody add that discount. Food was good, nobody informed that will be charging 14 eur for tablecloth(When I asked if it was a tips, they said no — it’s for the tablecloth).

A memorable experience in one of Florence traditional quality address. Delicious fresh pasta, loved the Gnudi fiorentina, as long as one loves parmesan !

The worst restaurant, maybe racist, didn't care about our Asian table. The service difference was expensive, but I tried to get tips, and they didn't automatically discount the fork app, so I barely got it. The food was expensive, but the taste was just that. It was the worst restaurant I've ever experienced in Florence

Everyone from the greeter to the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The food was great! I would definitely recommend this spot!

Had a great meal at Trattoria da Nuti — the pasta was genuinely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The only downside was that they didn’t offer the menu with TheFork discount as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, excellent pasta, but I’d recommend confirming the discount/menu details in advance if you’re booking through TheFork.

This restaurant has shown various complaints. Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait for a buzzer to get in. The food got cold quickly, making it difficult to fully savor the pasta. I asked for the bill, but it only came after I repeatedly asked. The worst part was that I paid by card, thinking the bill would be correct, but upon closer inspection, I realized they'd added a bottle of wine I hadn't even ordered. When I complained, they simply told me it was a regular occurrence and that I should have just given them cash. I was trying to enjoy a nice meal in beautiful Florence, but it was ruined.
