6.5/10Whilst the food was nice, the service impacted upon our experience. We booked a 7:30 sitting, and when we arrived, they were also taking walk ins. The walk ins were given a buzzer, and we were told to wait for a few minutes. We were not seated until 8:10, and people who were walk ins were seated before us. A bit disappointing that the booking times were not honoured. If they cannot facilitate bookings, they should operate on a walk in only system.

+3I visited today with my parents. We are from Korea for trip in Firenze. This restaurant has been recommended by one of Italian celebrities in Korea named Alberto. Honestly didn't really much expected, but it was super good. Quality amazing and service was great. I would love to visit again if I can have a chance to.

7/10We had lunch with our teenage children. There were no complaints about the kitchen, everything was tasty and decent. We ordered a table for 2:00 PM for lunch. We arrived on time. Our table was not ready, we were asked to wait outside, where the temperature was +32 in the shade, and there was no shade there, but a scorching hot July sun and a narrow street with a crowd of people flowing along it. We were not allowed to wait inside, the wait lasted 15 minutes. In a state close to fainting, we went inside, it took a few minutes to come to our senses. And the food was tasty, but because of the overheating it was difficult to adequately appreciate its delights. Is it really impossible to come up with something that could ease the suffering of a hungry tourist while waiting for food?

Charlie was a brilliant waiter, impeccable service and suggestions on what to eat, as well as complimentary limencello and city recommendations. The pasta is one of the best in the city and home made. Go - you won’t be disappointed.

This is Italy! Everything around was amazing and the food? There are not enough words of praise to describe it. Our waitress was extremely kind and accommodating. All that remains to be said is, you have to try this place. Grazie mille , Saluti dalla Slovacchia! Eva K.

We have been to Florence for the past 4 years. We discovered this restaurant as we were walking down the street. Homemade pasta like you’ve never had before. My husband said his steak was the best steak he’s ever had in his life. Amazing!!

+1I loved the pici pasta. The Florentine steak was delicious, though I would’ve put a little more salt. When I went to close out they didn’t add the discount, but I asked about it and showed my reservation through the app and they honored it. I would visit again!

8.5/10Awesome. Having tip 10% 20% 30% options on the receipt and the credit card keypad was kind of feeling like a tourist trap but that’s stupid American’s fault. Otherwise everything was near perfect.
