First time trying the T-bone and the staff explained to us patiently. They have menus with several languages which is so helpful for tourists like us. The food is amazing and the portions are huge.

We had a wonderful family dinner at Trattoria dall’Oste Via Alamanni as a family of three. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful—truly the highlight! The pasta starter was delicious, service friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made it special. Highly recommend for meat lovers!

I visited Trattoria Osteria Dall'Oste SMN yesterday with my mother. I had mentioned in my reservation via 'TheFork' that this was a special trip for her 60th birthday, and the staff truly went above and beyond by surprising us with tiramisu and a birthday candle. In particular, our server, Griselda, was absolutely wonderful. She sang 'Happy Birthday' in both English and Italian, which was a deeply moving moment for my mother. We are so grateful for Griselda’s warm hospitality and attentive service. It was truly an unforgettable, world-class experience. Thank you for making her birthday so special!

The restaurant's food and service were excellent. However, the 30 percent reservation discount wasn't applied. I realized this after leaving the restaurant, but it was disappointing. There was nothing I could do about it.

3.5/10We had a reservation for 1900 via your website. A lot of people with the same reservation in line. We needed to wait 45min for a table. Unfriendly woman at the counter. Service very slow. We went for wagyu in the menu. Most of the dishes in the menu sold out. Slow service. Not the best choice.

7/10After checking the discount rate, i made a reservation. After dinner, when i tried to pay, they say that discount can’t be applied due to the limited availabilty even though i made a reservation correctly. This is a kind of trick which deceives customers. It was really disapponting experience. It is not a matter of money but a matter of trust and integrity.

6/10Good food , nice starters and steak alla fiorentina but it is such a pitty that the service is not good for the price of the coperto (nearly 5€) and the supposed to be 101 best restaurants of steak in the world. The waiters didn't pay attention not just to us but other costumers, they were just taking among them and not with a good mood when they serve us. Really a pitty because the food was incredible. It is even weird that they say that the tip is not included at the price because they didn't earn it at all and it is not mandatory.
