It was a steak dinner at a restaurant I had been waiting for so long, but I felt so bad when I left because of the service. It's okay to sit at the entrance because there are five of us. After eating, I requested the bill and asked for a to go box, but the server didn't come at all, so I requested it from Host. I asked if he had forgotten us while smiling, but suddenly became serious, saying it wasn't her problem, and her face changed, then she seemed to be spewing unpleasant words in Italian to other employees, making our table very unpleasant. The server has never come to our table to ask or if it was okay even once. After that, they continued to exchange very unpleasant words in Italian among themselves, making the atmosphere so bad that we all felt it. Everyone in the group came out feeling down on the way to the dinner we had been looking forward to. The temperature of the sizzle plates for the T-bone steaks varied significantly between tables. Some were piping hot, while ours wasn't hot enough, so our steak lacked that nice crust on the outside—which was quite disappointing. They also forgot our pasta and only served it after we reminded them. Finally, the bill didn't include the correct discount at first, so we had to point that out as well.

I went here after thinking about some restaurants. The reservation was well made and the atmosphere was good. The food came out quickly and they served me kindly. They also looked carefully during the meal. I was happy to have a nice meal in Florence.

The food here is so good and yes their florentine steak was AMAZING, sadly our young waiter had an attitude and when we asked for help with the wine list they do not have a sommelier or at least anyone that really knows about their wines. Our young waiter claimed to know more about wine and when asking questions you could tell he was clueless. We ended up ordering under compromise something he recommended and sadly it was bad but the bottle was opened. If only they had someone who really knows about wine so that it can pair beautifully with their steaks.
