The service is not good. The waiter was rude and did not want to help answer questions and go beyond the regular order taking process. Not a good experience, the meat was flavorless, bland. We got the most expensive cut, so do not want to imagine the other cuts. There was a waiter from Peru that saved the experience to get a 1 star.

We get their for our reservation 10 minutes early and we tell the gentleman we are here and we does not have us down in his reservation book so he demands to see our reservation which I show him in the app. He immediately tells us that we need to go across the street to their other location. So we go across the street and we tell a lady this time of our reservation and she tells us that we need to go across the street. We tell her we did that already and she tells us to wait and we watch her get in a heated conversation with the guy across the street on why he sent us to her. She finally takes us back and seats us. Then no one came to ask us anything about our needs or requests for at least 10 minutes. The customer service was terse and we watch other tables be serviced in a far more entertaining, kind, and jovial manner. We have traveled all over Europe and this was really the first time I felt like our treatment was because of our nationality and language barrier even though they spoke some English. When we ordered the steak the waiter asked us how we wanted it cooked and we asked for medium and it came out the typical Florentino way of raw beyond edible. I know that is their custom but then why ask. For the price of over €160 for three dinners I wish I had gone somewhere else.

the steak was not carefully cooked, the inside was rare while outside was overcooked. The waiter sometimes responded coldly to customers.

The waiter was not very friendly and insisted that the food we ordered was not enough when we repeatedly told him it was sufficient for us. Steak was tough although it was medium rare, not what we expected from a restaurant rated top 101 steaks in the world. Overall quite disappointing

As tourists having a high expectation after watching YouTube on the restaurant, I expected a better service. The waiter didn't understand English when we requested for a specific doneness of the steak. I had to find another waiter to ensure our steak was done to our request.

I dont know why this restaurant is so famous The meat was very tough, and the staff avoided eye contact and ignored when tried to order. They were very slow and respond rudely. You just need to wait and wait.

Felt like they were just servicing another customer. No personal touch and feedback on our questions re: type of wine and differences in steaks. For the amazing reviews that restaurant had, it fell short of our expectations. In the end, the food was delicious and great value.

Family of 4 ( 3 adults and one child) and we shared a 1.5kg piece of the florentine T-bone steak, served medium rare with roast vegetables, fries and stewed beans. Meat was lovely, would have like a sauce to accompany the meat, to add some extra flavour. The red wine complement the meat perfectly, it was a lovely meal. It’s a pricey restaurant but will eat again if I get a better discount (we used Thefork’s 20% off). Thank you

Booking thru The Fork was quick and easy AND I was supposed to get 20% off the bill with my reservation. We were rushed leaving the restaurant and I did not check the bill and realized I did not receive the discount (which would have been €30 (Arrrggg!!!) The food, however, was excellent.

I felt racial discrimination in seat assignments and forced to order menus. I visited on the recommendation of Alberto(celebrity italian in korea), but I was disappointed.

The best meat I had in Florence! The French fries were superb and the tiramisu was also delicious. I recommend it with confidence!
