5.5/10Half of the dinner came to the table 20 minutes before the other half. The steak came out cold and raw. I sent it back to be cooked to what we had asked and it took another 20 minutes. No apology from the waiter or management. When the steak came it wasn’t good quality, especially for the price. Very disappointing.

10/10Food and service good, but a little disorganized shuttling people between 2 restaurants. Had to wait in the cold outside for 20 minutes after our 7:30 pm reservation only to be brought to a different location of the restaurant.

8.5/10Florence is magical. This restaurant has the same feel. The food was great and our server was the best. We went because a friend recomended the place and he was right. Excellent food. Will be back next year I visit Florence again.

5/10The restaurant has a fancy vibe and decor. We came here purely for T-bone steak, so our hope was high. But when we had the first bite in the mouth, it was really dry and tough to chew. I’m not really sure how that could happen as the reviews I saw are so positive. And this restaurant has a big frame, the also rise up the price of the steak a lot more than other restaurants which sell the same thing. I don’t recommend anyone to come here until they improve their food.

6/10We had a reservation via TheFork, but there was still a short wait. The service felt a bit tired and could have been more friendly. The steak and spaghetti were average. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a little disappointing.

2.5/10We came with high expectations as we went to another trattoria dall oste place a day before. They forgot someone’s food, they completely erased his order. Then, when they brought his steak, it was rare although we ordered we it medium and the server kept saying its medium but it was obviously rare. Super disappointing considering that their reviews are great. The other location that has 4.5 (I think it’s on Olari street) was impeccable.

2/10I saw this place on my first night in Florence and instantly thought it was a tourist trap when I saw the roman pastas on the menu As the days went on I ate at some amazing restaurants but also met a couple local people who had suggested this place to me so I thought I would give it a shot even though my gut feeling told me no. And my gut feeling was right. Food was very mediocre and for a place that prides themself on meat was some most poorly cooked meat I have had in my life.

3/10The first waiter we had assigned to us was horribly rude and rolling his eyes at us as we asked him to explain the ordering process. The meat was not good. My mother had to send her dish back as hers was undercooked.
