I wanted to gatekeep this restaurant, but they deserve the attention. Everything was excellent. The service was fast and attentive, outdoor seating had a good view with heating, and the food was the best we've had in Florence. The orange zest on the pici with duck added a hint of freshness, and the cinghiale pasta had a unique savoury flavour. The highlight of our meal was the Florentine steak on the T-bone, which, at medium-rare, melted in your mouth. It really is a gastronomic experience like no other. Only salt is required to activate the flavours of the beef, and at an excellent price to boot. I would definitely come again!

The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating, and the food was excellent - I had the lamb (very very good). Restaurant is great location when visiting Florence (short walk from piazza), and worth the visit

We had bisteca 3x while in Florence, and Trattoria Dedo had the best bisteca. It was tender, medium rare, and had sufficient crust. I’d come back for another next time we’re in Florence.

Had an amazing dinner at this restaurant! The truffle pasta was absolutely delicious, the steak had a perfect smoky aroma, and the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had. The service was also excellent, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend !
