10/10A warm and friendly welcome as we came in from the rain. A choice of tables, immaculate service, and wonderful food. An incredible ossobuco and a perfect fresh tuna steak. Thank you for a superb Sunday lunch experience!

10/10My wife and I went to Gatto Nero on a cold, rainy night. Although Americans, we speak Italian and were welcomed warmly. We noticed immediately that the staff was comfortable with the multiple languages spoken by guests, this being a touristic town, and always helpful. The restaurant space inside is cozy and everyone is really nice. The food was excellent and fairly priced. We shared a plate of vegetables from the oven as an antipasto and then each had a primo. I ate spaghetti with claims and my wife had a stuffed pasta with ragu. The food was presented well. The wine list is short and fairly priced. This is a lovely local place that should be appreciated.

9.5/10Very good food. Fresh, tasty and well prepared. Staff welcoming and helpful. We easily could find something to our taste. The lady waiter explained the dishes and helped us choose. Clean toilets.

8.5/10The food was really good, very good value for money as well. They offer both meat/typical dishes as well as fish. The service is ok, they were a bit unorganized and slow, but still acceptable. The atmosphere is very nice, right at the entrance of the city center. There is also a free parking a few meters away. I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Ha ragione, tutti vengono a cena da noi e noi che siamo 17 dipendenti non possiamo fare di più. Trovare personale quest' estate è impossibile e comunque nessuno trattiene la clientela con le catene. Dopo 2 ore di attesa, me ne sarei andata anche io. Ci spiace, provate a tornare durante i pranzi feriali o le cene feriali ( non a ridosso del ferragosto ), starete benissimo.

8.5/10Really nice hospitality and dishes, good portions and lots of particular bread, also try the provided Chianti cause is worth the price! Must visit pietrasanta too
