We took the speciality "Bisteak a la Fiorentina" but the meat arrived cold. It can happpen but when we gave feedback we recieved rude attitude from the waiter. The restaurant has a good mood and maybe we were unlucky but for the price you can expect better service when mistakes happen. I will not spend more euros there.

Staff were excellent, very helpful. Helped us make good choices and the food and wine were magnificent.

A true gem. The service was warm and welcoming, the waitstaff all took great care of us. The food was authentic, honest, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. If we lived here, this would be a neighborhood favorite. The waiter actually noticed my husband‘s hesitation with his beef tenderloin, Florentine steak, which was a thicker cut then the rest of ours, and offered to rep pan syrup for another two minutes just to deepen the cook a bit. We felt very well cared for!

Great food. For some reason an inordinate wait between starters (that arrived very fast) and main dishes. Other tables that arrived after us seemed to be served first. Manager/owner was professional and polite. Had two servers: the female one super friendly and kind; the male one rather curt - but still polite. I would recommend the restaurant. One star deducted mainly for the very long wait for main dishes.

The service was great! The Osso Buco was outstanding and accompanied with some potatoes and vegetables. The chefs appetizers were also tasty. My wife had the pear ravioli was tasty but could use more pears. It is elegant and a little pricey but We would dine again

We made a booking in advance and the owner initially said he does not have a booking by my name. When I pointed to it on the screen he started to complain that we made the reservation too late and that he did not have place (even though we made the reservation well in advance and confirmed it through the fork app). A very poor experience.

Hey! It was our second time there. At the door the restaurant’s host asked about reservation and when I said I did via TheFork app I got an eyeroll and a response “Ah last minute booking.” Not the best start of an evening. We asked our waiter a vermouth for an aperitivo and he said they don’t have any. Though we saw a vermouth on the bar shelf. When we went to a bar and asked a bartender: he said they have vermouth. I guess waiters should be informed what kind of drinks they serve. Food was good, thanks.

A great ambiance with great service and excellent food! We requested a round table and our request was immediately honored. The wine was very good as well.

The restaurant had really very tasty food, good wine and a great playlist. However, we had chosen this place because of the air conditioning and there was none. The main dining room was full so we were seated in a side room with non functional air conditioning. By the end of the meal we were really suffering. If I had known their air con was not working I would have taken a restaurant with terrace to at least enjoy the wind. The derogatory attitude of one of the waiter was the other issue.

The staff were super attentive. The tuscan bean stew was the best thing I've eaten in Italy so far , it had a great stock in it and depth to the flavours. The pasta was plentiful , and the building itself is stunning and cool due to the air con. Of tou pay a visit get the stew ! In a few days we shall be returning to try the steak which another table ordered and it looked amazing. 10/10.

Fantastic food. Florentine Steak was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Great red house wine. Excellent service. Lovely evening.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the menu had a nice variety. I ordered the homemade gnocchi and it was out of this world! Would definitely recommend!
