After being highly recommended, the food did not live up to the hype. Appetizer had little flavor and main course of cacio e Pepe was unfortunately drowning in cheese.

The atmosphere was magical. The food was of amazing quality. The attention of the staff impeccable. And they had delicious gluten-free pasta (pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale) <3 They were so accomodating and everything was soo delicious! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Viterbo!!

This was one of the most wonderful restaurants I had the amazing chance to experience in Italy. The staff were incredible and food amazing and the ambience was one of the coolest experiences in this medieval town. Highly highly recommend this for a magical experience.

The place is amazing, the daily special foods are so good. Very simple and traditional but very tasty, it’s all worth… :)

Excellent traditional food with a slight modern spin: Panzanella with straciatella; maiale instead of vitello tonnato (+ salsa verde) and so on. Wonderful service! Bravo!

Unassuming trattoria in this beautiful medieval city. Went three times during our monthlong stay and tried many of the items on the menu as well as some daily specials. It was all good! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend.
