8/10All of the food was excellent including the Florentine steak for 2. The price for the food and a bottle of wine was very reasonable. However, the service was very average especially at the end of the meal. Our waiter asked us if we wanted dessert but left and did not bring dessert menus back. It also took too long to get the checkat the table, but we did get complimentary lemoncello and cookies.

Small traditional restaurant serving Tuscan food to die for … in the menu you will find different dishes than your normal touristic restaurant but all the food was amazing so worth visiting to experience good Tuscan food.

3.5/10Very mediocre food. My wife couldn’t eat her chicken ‘nuggets’. The waiter was nice and gave us a free drink.

Dear Tony, we’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your dinner, but we’d like to clarify a misunderstanding: our menu clearly states "boneless fried chicken with fried artichokes", a traditional Florentine dish that we’ve been serving for years with great care. This is absolutely not chicken nuggets, which have nothing to do with Tuscan cuisine and can only be found in places like McDonald’s here in Italy. Frankly, comparing one of our traditional dishes to fast food is quite inappropriate. In any case, our staff asked if your wife would like to change the dish, and you said there was no problem. We also made sure not to charge you for it. We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but a minimum of attention and respect for the kind of food we offer is, in our opinion, the least one could have.

6.5/10Jazzy fun vibe, but spotty service with average and overpriced food (charged us 70 euro for 1.2 kilo of Tuscan steak, really?).

Ci dispiace che l’esperienza non sia stata di vostro gradimento. Tuttavia, ci teniamo a precisare alcuni punti: avete già lasciato due recensioni negative relative alla stessa serata, lamentandovi del prezzo della bistecca alla fiorentina. Il prezzo della bistecca con il filetto è chiaramente indicato nel nostro menu: 59 euro al chilo. La vostra bistecca pesava 1,2 kg, come da voi confermato quando ve l’abbiamo mostrata al tavolo prima della cottura. Il totale, facendo un semplice calcolo, è di 70,80 euro. A Firenze è possibile trovare prezzi inferiori, ma noi puntiamo tutto sulla qualità delle materie prime e sulla cura nella preparazione. Crediamo che siano proprio questi valori ad averci fatto guadagnare le migliaia di recensioni positive che raccontano la nostra bistecca e il nostro lavoro con entusiasmo e affetto.

We came here with my daughter. We are so tired of visiting the city and this place gives us a chill vibe. We felt like we were in home. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very delicious and that tiramisu was bellissimo 😍😍

8.5/10The food was outstanding, however the service was quite poor. The side dish we ordered never came. We felt like we were forgotten when it came time to ordering dessert, to request the check, and to pay. Please hire more servers!

5/10Our table was waiting for us and we were seated quickly. Wait staff was over-worked and once things got very busy, could not get their attention. Allergy request was forgotten and food delivered with wrong ingredients. Many people seated at other tables were upset due to time to cash out.

A volte, quando la sala si riempie, i nostri camerieri finiscono per essere un po' come delle trottole, ma questo non è una scusa e ci scusiamo sinceramente per l’errore con la tua richiesta. Faremo in modo che le allergie vengano gestite con la massima attenzione la prossima volta! Stiamo anche lavorando per migliorare i tempi di pagamento, così che tutti possano andarsene col sorriso (e non con l'orologio alla mano). Speriamo di rivederti presto per una serata più serena e perfetta!"

Food was fantastic- the risotto and pasta dish. But the star was the Bisteca Florentine. We were 3 but asked for a size for 2 and it was more than enough especially after we picked through the meat on the bone. It seemed after our mains were served we were ignored. We sat for a long time without even getting dessert menus or even to ask for the check. We finally gave up and got the check. We saw another couple who were also frustrated with waiting for the check. Great food with many locals as it was in a residential area across the other side of the Arno. Overall a very nice experience.

Siamo felici che abbiate trovato il cibo delizioso e abbondante, anche se ci dispiace che l’ultima parte del servizio non sia stata all’altezza del resto dell'esperienza. A volte il nostro staff si fa prendere un po' troppo dall'atmosfera rilassata e dimentica di mantenere il giusto ritmo... sicuramente terremo presente il tuo feedback per migliorare. La prossima volta ti promettiamo che non dovrai alzarti per chiedere il conto! :)

8/10The food was wonderful at pandemonium and it was clearly a popular place for local customers. We had the bistecca and we’ve never had a better steak! Our sides were great too and included rosemary potato, eggplant and white beans. The restaurant was very busy so I think the staff had a hard time keeping up. We loved the lemoncello at the end of our meal.

10/10Wow ! What a beautiful night we had . The food was absolutely amazing and the staff had no problem catering for me (I am a coeliac). They are so passionate about the food they serve and the experience the customer gets ! We love you guys ! Many thanks for a wonderful meal and a beautiful experience!
